Non receipt of order
Placed & paid for an order on 14th March but have received nothing in the post! I have emailed to contact the seller but have heard nothing.

Disappointing
I placed an order for my son's birthday present in plenty of time. His birthday came and went a week later however I had received a customer satisfaction survey email but no order.
I then emailed customer care at Cookietastic asking for an eta on the order. The next correspondence I received from Cookietastic was from a no-reply mail box saying my order was cancelled. Reason given? The buisiness owners were away on a break and the webiste should not have been taking orders. Refund given. How disappointing. Don't think I'll bother next time.
