I wanted a holiday at short notice and a tight budget and I gave Elena my criteria. Within a short time frame, Elena came back to me with a variety of options, all within my criteria. I had to option to vary these also. Very professional and friendly and would highly recommend.
Elena was great and helping me plan two trips, one to New York and another to Prague. She responded quickly to my enquiry and tailored a plan to my specific requests, even organising tickets for a baseball game for me which was at the top of my wish list.
I felt very valued as a client and felt my needs were catered for throughout. Would thoroughly recommend Elena and Cookie Travel Club, I will be back!
I booked a flight and accommodation for my son and his girlfriend. Elena was undeniably super efficient and very friendly. I have never had such quick results in the past. Elena was great with managing our booking, we've been wanting to go to Malta for ages but know that there is so much to see and didn't have the time to sit and plan it.
Elena took the reins and put together an itinerary around the short time we had to not only sight see but have a couple of relaxing days too.
We saw all of what we wanted to see plus a couple extra things we didn't even know about like a hidden blue lagoon that only locals went to.
On top of all of that, Elena even managed to get us into a really nice hotel that was actually sold out on other websites!
Will be recommending to friends and family and definitely be booking with her again!
