I bought a Bialetti coffee mocha pot which leaked from first use. After many requests for many pics they suggested the pot might not be a Bialetti! Odd as I’d bought it from them. Eventually no customer service other than polite requests for same info. Do not use this company

I should have read these reviews before placing my order with this company. The courier company they booked didn’t deliver my order to the correct address which I notified immediately. They ignored my emails, whatsapp messages, Instagram messages, my calls for months. And when they finally came back to me I received an answer “sorry, we Can’t do anything since the deadline for a claim expired some time ago”. I spent months fighting with this company and they keep replying (very rarely though) that it’s been delivered to me. Never seen anything like this. Avoid this company

That would be minus 1 star if possible. Returned an item 13 April to the correct company address, tracking frequently stated nobody to receive parcel. Have emailed a few times had one auto response then nothing. Today 2June the item I wanted to return has been returned to me. What a shambles will never buy or recommend this company

Ordered 4 x side plates to go with the set I have box arrived damaged and when I opened box all plates in one area were badly chipped and glass shards so much so I cut my finger quite badly ,
There policy states to report damage within 24 hours which has been done with pictures this was 2 weeks ago with an umber of other emails and nothing but the confirmation of my message and return request
I feel this company is beyond bad I am still awaiting any response or approval of a return replacement or even my money back terrible experience avoid ??

I ordered a manual hand whisk from cookinglife eu. for our autistic son. Unfortunately it had to have a black handle. This was the only company I could find that sold the exact one.
It arrived in a single layer polythene bag, no protective packaging whatever. ( And it passed through Heathrow!!!)
Needless to say it arrived damaged. It wouldn't operate at all. The blades kept on jamming. We requested a refund and duly filled in the form for a returns label. It seems the company does not provide a prepaid carriage label, despite the goods being damaged. The carriage would have been £12.50 to send back to the Netherlands. The cost of the actual item was £14.00 plus €5 delivery. Makes no sense whatever to return it.
The company have effectively swindled us.!! So, we are left with an inoperable whisk, which will be committed to the dustbin for recycling Do NOT,- I implore you, - buy from this company at any cost. I can only describe both them and their wares as ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.
