This is a scam. I have ordered a set of six people I received on set of cutlery.
And another item is missing.
Will open a legal suit against them.

Depuis le mois de mai, j'ai commandé des produits reçus cassés à réception et retournés à l'expéditeur.
Depuis j'attends le remboursement dont mail ci-dessous du 9 septembre.
Attention escroquerie.

We do our best to respond on all platforms as soon as possible, however, we have not yet completely cleared the backlog caused by the transition of systems, so we have not been able to respond within the required time.
Indeed, I see on the track & trace that we should have received your package. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
We are now going to find out how this is possible, but we have already initiated a refund of 61.79 euros for you.
We will refund the amount within 10 working days to the bank account number known to us.
For this we work with our payment partner Mollie. You will see their name on your bank statement.
If you have chosen to pay afterwards, the invoice will be adjusted within 10 working days, after which you will receive the adjusted invoice.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam.
Their phone number does not work and I have sent dozens of emails to them and they do not respond. It has been 9 days and I have not heard from them nor have I received what I ordered.

I placed an order beginning of January 2023 - order number 7328902 for glasses on the cookinglife.fr website however, I see it is despatched from Netherlands. They arrived smashed in pieces. I sent them back directly with the courier and since no response. I have tried to call, email and WhatsApp them - NO RESPONSE!! Avoid this company - things on the site look nice and well presented but very poor in terms of service. To save yourself the hassle and irritation - choose another online store.
