I ordered a freezer from them, it arrived with several dents on it. They were amazing on the phone, apologised, arranged collection and a new one for several days later. I took an unpaid day off work for the collection and delivery, waited till lunchtime with no call or emails, so I rang them to find it had not been processed and would now be another week. No freezer, loss of earnings. The following week they turned up, took the faulty one, left my new one ( cookology do not do unwrap and check) I opened it to find again several dents over it. Took a further week to collect and then several days to get a refund. 3 days lost earnings with no compensation for their failings. Do not recommend.

Wanted a Fridgemaster freezer but everyone was out of stock so it was great to find the identical model under the Cookology brand. Good value!
