Purchased for my mother who lives in a residential care home and needed something to warm snacks when she wanted some light meals/snacks. It had to have small footprint to sit on limited surface. It is very neat and compact. But it is an extremely basic microwave and not really for cooking anything substantial. The mechanical dials are exceptionally smooth and do not afford a good grip, especially for someone elderly. Also, the timing dial is not very adjustable for low cooking times i.e. difficult to gauge anything less than a minute.
