I bought this for my mum's residential care home room to replace her old mini fridge, which had just stopped working. I wanted a black fridge to look more stylish in her room and this model was perfect. It seems better quality than her last fridge and feels colder. It is also slightly bigger and there is plenty of room for her drinks and snacks and, as an added bonus, there is a small freezer compartment. We've not yet used that so can't say how effective it is. It is also very quiet which is important when in a bedroom.
