Simple yet good product with great after sales service. Ordered this undercounter freezer for surplus frozen storage. Good product. simple, does what you need it to. Not the most solid/sturdy, but that isnt its purpose. After experiencing an issue with delivery, the customer service team were swift to respond and resolve my issue. would recommend.

We are sorry to see that these arrived in this condition, sadly this does appear to have been caused by incorrect handling by the chosen courier company which appears to have lifted the box by the straps causing the damage seen to the rear, we have raised this with the courier in attempt to ensure the drivers are aware on how to handle these moving forward.
Thanks
Phil

Very poor quality I was afraid to close the freezer doors incase they snapped off, would prefer to pay a little more for better quality , I was told the damage on the outside wouldn't effect the use
