Unfortunately, I can’t say that I’m fully satisfied with my purchase experience. Just two days after I bought the product, it went on sale for a lower price. However, this discount was not applied to my order, even though I was still within the return window. I reached out to the company with a message requesting the price adjustment, but unfortunately, I received no response. As for the product itself, my only concern is its energy efficiency rating — it is F. I wish it had a better rating, such as A or A+, which would be more environmentally friendly and cost-effective in the long run.

For me, the ability to accommodate 28cm diameter dinner plates was essential and this machine does it. Of necessity, the accommodation is compact and the height above the top rack is insufficient for my normal sized saucers so they have to go in the lower rack - it could do with another 10-15mm clearance. First use on the Eco programme was a revelation - some disgustingly stained mugs which had been impossible to clean by hand, came out sparkling - these being accommodated on their sides on the top rack as recommended (I wonder how my teapot will come out!) and the machine is so quiet. I am using an all-in-one tablets (which fit the dispenser and disperse properly) so I am not using salt or rinse aid - a Which? recommendation.

It's perfect as the alternative for a standard dishwasher if your kitchen is too small like ours. Big enough to put all your cooking stuff after a roast dinner. There's just 2 of us but big enough for a family of 4 to use. We have even plumbed it in like a standard dishwasher it just sits on top the kitchen side
