I ordered the first time using a credit card. The money was received by Cookology. Then, on the day of delivery, I received an email telling me that there was a high risk of fraud according to Sage pay. Result: they cancelled the order. I was reimbursed only 5 days later, so it was difficult to make another purchase elsewhere! Being very motivated, I recommend 3 weeks later, I buy the same item with another credit card. Once again Cookology collected the money. My delivery was confirmed. A friend came from far away to help me as the item is heavy. At 10am, the scheduled delivery time, I stopped my work, stood in front of the door waiting for the precious item, and.....Nothing!!! I called Cookology and was told that they'd cancelled the order again, but this time without telling me. Waste of time, Waste of money and Waste of energy. I've never been treated like this by any company before.
