Quality products and customer service
The quality of the wine glasses I ordered was just what I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the glasses was broken in transit. CookServeEnjoy customer service was great. Chloe responded swiftly and I was able to choose between a refund or a replacement. The special offer of some coup champagne glasses was less successful. They are attractive but so much larger than I was expecting. I would only use them for a dessert.

Careful takes months for a refund!!
They apparently are on The Range Market Place, as I discovered on the return label for a faulty item. It has taken me so many emails to get a refund. Luckily I have a paper trail and return receipt showing the item has been delivered back. Amex will now refund me rather than this shower of useless people

Poor quality and no response from the company
I bought a KitchenCraft oil and vinegar set last year, which was very poor quality. I can't find anything about the company online but the website seems to redirect to CookServeEnjoy and they have the same address.
I used both bottles a grand total of twice before they were useless. The glass bottles themselves are nice and sturdy and the carrier is useful, but the lids are rubbish. I filled both with oil, gradually used the oil and washed them, before filling again with oil. The bottles then started to leak as the material of the lids had gone hard meaning they stopped acting like a bung. I've since bought new cork lids online, but the original was very poor quality.
It also says 5 year guarantee, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere you can can register or report issues, meaning it's useless. I did try to report this on the CookServeEnjoy website last year, but was ignored.
