This place is highly recommended! A unique, homemade flavor you won't find anywhere else. They offer many delicious dishes! There's one dish that reminds me so much of my grandmother's cooking, and that fills me with joy. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Every single time we finish a Cook Unity meal I hear my husband say “there goes another good one”. It’s great that we both love the convenience. It’s a win win scenario since I do the cooking and he cleans up. We’re thrilled. The food is delicious, varied and plentiful. We love it!!

Listen, I have yet to take the leap and order, but let me tell you: I had THE BEST, FASTEST, CLEAREST customer service help I've had in a long time. And being a senior, and rather intimidated by so many online businesses, I was fretful as to whether I could do this without the hassles of falling down the rabbit hole of another new website. I was answered instantly by bot, and make note; it said that there had been higher than usual email volume and it could be 24-48 hours before I got a response. I was fortunate and got one in about 20 minutes, and then, because I had quite a few questions that weren't included on the FAQs of the website, I was answered SO promptly and SO clearly and SO politely, that I'm looking forward to this change in lifestyle instead of being nervous about it.

The meals are good. The issue I have is with the expiration dates. If I order 7 meals and eat one meal each day from the day of delivery (beginning with the meals that expire soonest/obviously), they should not expire prior to that 7th day. Every single week, TWO entire meals expire before the 7th day. They are knowingly allowing this to happen. Horrible!

I have been a CookUnity member continuously for several years now, and I am always impressed by the meal selection and quality. The newer UnityPass subscription provides extra savings and affordable access to premium meals. As a busy working professional, it is reassuring to know that I will always have fresh meals available at home provided by CookUnity's chefs. There has never been a missed delivery as their logistics team and delivery-people are always on top of everything. Any problems that do arise are promptly addressed by the customer experience team within 24 hours (and usually faster than that, even on weekends and after business hours). Every single interaction with the CookUnity team has been very positive. I would recommend a CookUnity subscription to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality meal delivery service with excellent/unmatched customer service.

The meals themselves are alright, just fancier microwave meals. Probably over priced for the portion sizes. My absolute biggest gripe, is where are they getting these cook times in an oven!? I'm sorry but a frozen block of food will not fully reach temperature in an oven at 350 degrees in 8-12 min. Hell, I even defrosted my meals and it still took 30-40 min. And yes, my oven does heat evenly and reaches 350 degrees, I've checked with a heat gun.

I ordered food from this company for a sick friend with cancer. I ordered with a special offer and wanted to try the service once to see if my friend could eat the food offered. My friend was immediately bombarded with advertisements and emails. I kept emailing the company, asking them not to contact her. I was the one who ordered the food, not her. My friend found that she could not eat the food because of the chemo. They contacted her about sending more food, and she called me upset, saying she did not want more food. I emailed them to ask why they were contacting her, and I was told that more food would be sent because I had unknowingly signed a contract. I emailed them and asked that they not charge me or send food. They do not have a phone number and can only be contacted through AI. I contacted them over and over, asking them not send food. The food was sent anyway and was charged $119.95. I wasn't aware it was a contract, and I couldn't contact anyone. They took advantage of my friend and me. Please do not order from this company.

This is the best meal service around.
However they are still shipping stuff from out of state for me to eat over the course of the week so preservatives are needed.

It doesn't beat home meal prep but it is the closest thing to it out of all of the services.

I also like how they have pulled back on all the woke social justice blah blah crap. No one cares who made the dish as long as it's good. I am not going to patronize the chef on a perceived societal disadvantage. I patronize them on quality of dishes and there are some good ones at Cook Unity.
I think they got the message on that as I am not getting any more emails about my chef's orientation or pronouns.

The food is very delicious. There is many variety and is very fresh. The delivery is on time.

As a newly single woman, I found that shopping for and preparing dinners was difficult, unhealthy and more expensive due to wasted ingredients going bad. After researching meal delivery plans, Cook Unity looked best for a variety of reasons: no contract, choose delivery day, dietary options for foods to eliminate, health options ie: lo carb, etc, ethnic variety, cost. I couldn't be happier! I love the meals and have only eliminated 2 from the 14 received because I didn't care for some part of it. I'm also trying new things I'd never had or cooked before! They're so healthy and just the right portion for one. Try it!

Horrendous. I’ll start by saying the quality of meat is not goo- especially the chicken and the ingredients are not properly listed on their website. Meals are full of seed oils and preservatives this is no better than airplane food. They also sent the wrong sides in one meal and I found a piece of paper towel (at least that is what I think it is) in another meal. Overpriced and over-processed trash.

Although the meals are good, the customer service isn't. My meals were canceled mid delivery. Driver was 2 stops away. This was the evening before the big snow storm on the east coast. My account was credited and I placed an order for the following week. My cost was free with the credit and other discounts. A few days later my credit card was charged for that order. I chatted with customer service and they said the credit was a mistake because they refunded my card. So basically I had 2 credits. One on my account and one on my card. I said that wasnt my mistake and they wouldn't refund the extra charge. I ended up canceling my account. It wasn't the charge that bothered me but the principle that Cook Unity made a mistake and wouldn't take responsibility for it.

The food choice is very large and the food is always amazing. No shopping dropped at your door and notify you its arrived

Having CookUnity as the provider of our evening meal, several days a week has changed the whole dynamic of our household in a positive way! No matter how tired we are, or whether we are eating early, before we go to our evening job or late, after we finish our evening job, we know we’ll find perfectly portioned and imaginatively and deliciously prepared meals at home, ready to serve in less than three minutes! We highly recommend Cook Unity!

Will not honor $500.00 x-mass gift card without an additional credit card placed into my Mom’s account. Communication seems to be mostly AI and they have failed to reach out to my mom and help her, not even with emails. Their emails only come to me. $500.00 pd, no product, no real contact.

I am already so disappointed with the delivery service and cook unity's customer service. I was hesitant to order with a delivery window of 11am-8pm... accepting deliveries that late is not ideal. Now with my first order i am notified the delivery window is 7:15 - 10:15. That late is not an option nor is contacting "live chat" that will get back to you in a not so real time of 24 hours. So not even getting the meals this is a already completely disappointing....

Hi quality, chef prepared food. I have tried every meal service under the sun and Cook Unity is the highwater mark. Its the small things, like leaving vegetables slightly undercooked, so when you microwave them they don't get mushy. Best in class by far.

Please stay away from this company we all got food poisoning and they didn’t refund my money back
