Good Customer Service and Reliable products

Our delivery arrived in good time , and was delivered into the room . I couldn't find the feet for the bed . However they were inside the Ottoman ! Cool beds were great , they were just going to post out a set ,Instantly ,No Hastle . No need though it was my fault not looking properly . Very happy with the bed !

Awful Company to deal with.
Ordered and divan ottoman double bed and heard nothing about delivery. It was impossible to get hold of anyone by phone and the emails most of the time were ignored.
When I did get a reply it was the same reply over and over again of the delivery drivers will contact you within 1-2 days of deliver. After waiting for 2 weeks (I was moving house the week after) I again tried to contact them but got the same reponse (copy & past used well). I stated that I was done waiting and will be cancelling the order. They finally gave me the name of the courier so rang them, they were helpful and when I explained what had happened the chap laughed and said the owner was in sri lanka so nothing was coming from that particular company. I put this to their customer service and low and behold I got the same copy & paste answer. Luckily as I'd ordered via Amazon I was able to get a refund and used a different company who were amazing.

Yet to receive delivery. Contacted several times but no reply. Will not be using again.

Not happy at all 4 day for 2 screws

Bed originally sent to wrong address . Quality of fixing 2 halves together not good , plastic clip which comes off when Bed lifted. Plastic feet attached in plastic bag and therfore arrived broken. After several messages and phone calls, and being told replacement feet had been sent. They did not arrive. Cannot believe a word they say.

The whole process was easy and simple. I just selected what kind of headboard screw I needed and then paid for it. It came within a day and I am chuffed with it. They fit perfectly and are very secure.

The nuts inside just spin round, and one of the buttons had come off the pin was bent.

Very pleased with the customer support,I ordered the wrong wardrobe to start with and they change it for me no problems.I was a nag as well and kept asking when it was coming they were very patient with me.The wardrobe arrived when they said very nice delivery man polite and helpful.

Delivered well within time scale

Happy with cool bed right from ordering on their site to delivery of my bed. Order process was so easy and delivered on the day specified and earlier than expected… all round great service and excellent product for the price

Got two divan metal bed clips to keep the two bases. Excellent function- much better than the original ones that came with the bed. Fast service top. Thank you

Ordering and delivery experiences were ok. The bed though, very cheaply made. Terrible quality for the money. The ottoman lifting base/mattress base is so flimsy and with the head board in place, it only just opens up past this (even with the spacers in place), and it is very awkward to open and close. This worries me! The 2 clamps that hold the bed halves together are very weak. Why don’t they supply fixings to bolt the pieces together. Overall, this is such a cheap and low quality bed and I am sure it won’t last! Will not buy from here again.

The bed arrived without notice, I was expecting a day or two notice. As it happened, it was not an issue. The delivery guy put the bed inside our property, which strictly speaking, he was not obliged to do. The divan is good and wasn’t difficult to assemble. However, I was disappointed with the headboard. There were tears in the backing fabric, some of the staples were not put in properly and the connecting struts were extremely poor quality.

The price is great. The items arrived - eventually. At first I was sceptical as there was little communication and no means to track progress - just a vague 'You'll get a text/email 2 days before to confirm delivery.'

The website is easy to use and payment procedures was not complex.

Overall, the bed is great - it's the backend communication side that perhaps needs a bit more work, to reassure customers.
