I withdrawed little bit less than 20e at night and next morning they cancel the withdraw and put 20e limit to some other back transfer withdraw and told that trustly not working. My partner has been scammed by these…
My partner has been scammed by these people. She deposited 600 SEK and won 5800 SEK, but when she tried to withdraw the money, they asked for documents, bank statements, and all kinds of other things. She sent everything in. The first time the verification failed, the second time she submitted it, the next day she received an email saying her account had been blocked and that the winnings would not be paid out. The email claimed that a third party was involved, just because I had transferred money to her the same day — but that was only because I owed her money, and she chose to use it on Coolbet. It’s her decision what she does with her money!
And the customer service is a joke — they say they can’t answer relevant questions about why her account was banned. This casino is a complete scam, and whatever you do, don’t play here if you want to receive your winnings. I will change this review to 5 stars if they pay out the money to my partner!

Bet disappeared from my pending list
Up until today i was fairly satisfied with Coolbet. This is a true story. Firstly I have already made over 13,650 bets with them. I made a $50 30% multiplier bet with John Rahm beating Bryson Dechambeau over 54 on the Indianpolis Tourney it showed on my pending for a week as a placed bet. Last night I checked and it was gone not showing on pending/ bet list or transactions made. Of course I dont have a screen shot i make too many bets a day to be taking screen shots of every bet but I made the bet and it showed on the pending list because every time i do make other bets its common sense to check that the bet went thru. Anyways I talked to customer support to whom has now elevated to their email support team. This really seems fishy and unfair because of some sort of glitch in their system. I get the feeling they will burn me for the winning bet and i feel their is no recourse. If they do not resolve this accordingly i will of course be very upset. It was only $50 but this could have been alot higher and it might have even happened in the past without me having any recollection. However when you make bets over $50 you follow your bets and i did. Thanks for the reply. Your support team told me they have no bet placed for the provided information. So to me this is now THEFT and the only recourse is to let others know to be careful with your site. Better still I suggest using STAKE. I will contact the B.C Gaming Branch for a regulatory criminal complaint. As well i will tell everyone i can posssible my story and tell everyone i referred to for this site to be careful. I cannot use any foul language but if i could trust me i would. I still have a futures bet with Shohei Ohtani to win NL MVP and a criminal Tribunal might review for me so I cannot close my account. I have now taken screen shots of my Shohei bets so they cant steal from me again.

I only give one star extra for having high rtp in the slots but otherwise this place is not the best place to play at. Promotions is just for the highrollers that have a big bankroll to play with. When loosing much money 5% cashback is not much with a wager of the cashback, there are other places that offer without wager cashback. Scamsite full of poker bots/rigged.
Scamsite poker cashgames are rigged with bots. I tester and recorded this. The bots almost allways call you pre/after flopp when you raise far above the pot value (And you will lose everytime)
They usualy have poker related names. And even when you change tables the same bots with same names join you there 90% of the time.
Examples:
I flopped an nuts flush spades (AK on hand) Q,10,8 spade on table and 120 euro inn pot, i raise all inn with another 200euro then everyone on table folds except 1 bot who calls with pocket 2 off suite (Heart/Diamond) and hits Quads on runner runner? No normal player would make an call like that when everything on the table beats his hand and no draws for anything good.. Note the same player played safe for 2-3 hours at the table bearly playing any hand) extreme passive play just to do a call like that ?
Another example is i Get pocket Aces Diamond/Spare pre flop i go all inn with 270euro i Get called by 8-2!!! heart/spade We run it twice he ofc hits flush heath on both runs. I have played poker for years. No normal player would call 270euro pre flop with an 8-2! (Same thing here passive/safe play for 2-3 hours and then does this crazy call)
Happened multiple times, and allways on Big pots. Have friends who comfirmed the same thing. (We have recorded the plays)
Can also say that the tournaments Are more legit as you Get to play Vs alot of players. But even on those tournamemts on the finale tables you Get really wierd calls. Which no good player would ever risk. Like 100 euro buyinn tournament playing for 6-8 hours, and then om finale tables ppl do crazy calls with no hits just to win on runner runner. Risking everything with nothing on calls not bluffs!

The stream of the table dissapeared multiple times right as the ball was about to stop.
I played roulette 20 times, lost all 20, which is roughly 1 in 1,048,576.
I bet on black 12 times in a row and it came out red every time, I then switched to red and suddenly it came out black. I know this isnt proof of anything, but it is definitly suspicious

Never trust your money with this company! It is a scam. I believe the positive reviews are written by AI/bots or them personally.
So I placed a €300 bet on the Arsenal vs psg game Tuesday 29/4/2025.
My picks were jurrien timber 1 foul, kvaratshkelia 1+ shots, saka 2+ shots, dembele 2+shots and trossard 2+shots.
I had cashout activated and checked on my betslip so I assumed I’d be able to access this but the betslip was pending and locked. I tried to refresh my page and even closed my browser with no luck. I assumed as the game started and went on it would correct itself but the bet was still pending.
I contacted support and they told me that the bet would settle soon. I tried to explain several times that I was only given a link about the rules and the link actually brought me back to the support chat.
Then Hanna the support agent told me to speak to complaints department and sent me a link too.
I then got kicked out of the chat. Thankfully I have screenshot the whole chat so they can’t lie about what they said or did.
I am warning everyone that is think about betting with this company to stay away! They will scam you. The positive reviews are not real!!!!)
