We recently used this fantastic company to make a delivery to a distribution centre in Birmingham. Lak was so helpful and so accommodating and took what used to be a stressful operation and made it a seamless operation. Highly recommend.
Always delivers our packages to Selfridges DHL on time which is very important as a beverage company. We use them for all our time urgent deliveries.
Sent frozen shipment to Portugal and 4 times the cost of any other carrier. It was held in customs and never delivered. No discount. very limited communication. Phone call to say would sort out the invoice later which meant taking 3 weeks to send it and then take full payment. Will not use them again
We regularly use Cool Cargo for chilled shipment of same day or overnight delivery. The service if fantastic, pick up windows spot on, and deliveries always made on time. The couriers who collect and deliver are always super nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
The team at Cool Cargo have been absolutely brilliant in assisting me with getting medication sent from the UK to the Czech Republic. Due to Brexit it was a little more complicated but I am delighted that they were able to sort it all out for me. Great job guys!!!
