It took approx 5 weeks from us viewing the property to signing the deal in a notary office , this was greatly helped by Kates advice of using a local solictor but also by Kates professional and courteous manner of doing business.At no stage was there a hard sell or request for money and she was always availible for advice on any issue , no matter how trivial.First class service , thanks for everything.
