I understand whoever is reading this is sick to their stomach after reading all negative reviews about all sites with inclave. No they won't pay you instantly , no they won't pay if u claimed more than 1 free spins or bonus chip in a row . But I my experience. I won the money FEB 09 I got the$$ to make $10 deposit on Feb 14 I sent it around 11 pm EST. my ID verification was denied after this so I re submitted with help of chat accepted around 6 am Feb 15 . TheY tell us 7-10 business days ( Mon-Fri exclude holidays. It has taken every bit of ten business days and multiple times I harassed begged chat support for help and told they escalated it and check in 2-3 days or business days . But they finally accepted it March 2nd and I was paid within minutes after . Oh and after I made 10 deposit it wasn't credited to account immediately I had receipts tho and asked why my account wasn't credited after my id was denied 8 hrs after deposit . they said it did go thru but they manually added it and then closed the chat support after saying that .. so because they added it and it didn't register as a crypto payment my method on withdrawal couldn't be coindrawl it was Bitcoin . I wrote out my experience to say long story long . If you meet the playthrough requirements and follow every rule specifically and have $10 to send thru lite coin you will receive winnings from bonus . Don't listen to people who claimed multiple chips or were to scared to send 10 in Litecoin . they only write reviews bad about this site never come back and write positive after being paid ...

I like their customer support. They are always polite and respectful. Customer Service shows that they have integrity. I have not yet received my winnings but I have no doubt that they will arrive soon. I am being patient. So we will see real soon. Now I'm a vip 2 and I get them in 23-25 days. I just got 2 withdawls made from the 26th that was off free coupon. Max cash 500 and 200 and they sent the funds. Main thing to remember with these sites and bonus is if you take a bonus the rules from that bonus are attached the the money until it leaves your account. So if you play a hand of black jack or make a bet higher then what's allowed you'll void your winnings. Stay under $10 bets and slots and kebo only.

They do pay but extremely slow. They cheat. They disabled all of my deposit options in the casinos where I am on a winning streak. They denied my daily/weekly/monthly rewards, rebates, and cash-backs. $45k winnings and just started paying me 2 months later but only $2500 every 10 days on average.

I can’t disagree that it takes a little longer to get your winnings but I have never had a withdrawal from enclave sites and customer service has always responded promptly! SCAM. if they pay you out at all it takes a minimum of 14 business days to receive your money. And it takes several days to even get approved to submit a withdrawal in the first place. Don't ever go here.

So I thought cool cat casino was a scam because I tried to withdrawl my winnings on a free chip for days to no avail. BUT I guess I was not being patient enough. I received my money and my 10 dollar deposit back today . It takes a little while to get your money , make sure you ask why if they tell you that you didn't meet the requirements so you can meet them then withdraw request again. So I got an email offering 100 free spins on a new game and accepted. I only won $11 on the spins so the playthrough was only $400. My next spin I won $560. Played through and tried to cash out the minimum and max of $100 but got denied because they said I'd redeemed multiple free chips. If I can't have something don't give it to me to begin with and then say I broke the rules

Horrible withdrawl process. Withdrew 3/17/25. Its now 5/15/25 and still nothing. Every time all they say is they will escalate it. Every week for 8 weeks it's been escalated. Great work on that!
