Cool Company are very good, very efficient and transparent with fees etc. Though not that easy to use.
lost a star because in my last login I put together an invoice with a good number of items, it logged me out automatically four times and did not save the data, very frustrating

Cutting a long story, experience, short; I moved umbrella companies to Cool Company, the best decision made.

Communication/s, prompt payment of wages namely same week payments and reliability have all been my experience. I have known Cool Company for over a year now and I have had no issues at all. Cool company are professional but personable too.

Most things are working well, sometimes invoices sent by the CoolCompany are sent to spam folders and the clients don't see them which require me to manually follow-up
