I was quite skeptical about this product. I thought I'd try the pillow case first, and that seemed to help keeping my head nice and cool all night. So I also got a large cover. I don't suffer much at all from night sweats anymore, but I am very sensitive to hot temperatures.
I've been using the cover and pillowcase for about 8 months, and now that we are in the summer months, and some very hot nights in the past couple of months, I've definitely noticed a difference. When using them I've been sleeping through the night without waking up because I am too hot. I even take take the cover and my pillowcase to my friends and family when staying overnight.

I'm loving my blanket and pillow case. I've been having hot flushes at night and the blanket really does help cool me down. It doesn't stop them happening obviously but definitely helps cool you down before your body makes you sweat. So you also avoid the bit where you then get cold and damp. The pillow keeps cool too so no need to keep flipping it over to cool your head. Overall it helps getting back to sleep quicker when the flushes wake you up. I have used the pillowcases on our bed for a while and I have found them so refreshing! There is nothing better than laying my head on a cool pillow and feeling the instant cooling which sends me back to sleep so quickly.

These products really make a difference. I purchased the pillowcase, and two blankets, one for under my fitted sheet, the other I’ve placed in a duvet cover (M&S cooling fabric) replacing a duvet. I can now sleep better and manage the hot flushes throughout the night.

I tried the Deluxe Blanket and Pillowcase for 12 nights. It starts cool and gets unbearable hot. The blanket and the pillow are than feeling very warm. I wake up hot and clammy. It's too cold without blanket but too hot with it. My forehead gets sweaty and I try to find a cold spot on the pillow. I'm using the blanket and pillowcase on there own, no extra cover and I'm wearing little to no clothes at night.

I washed my blanket and pillowcase the 1st time after 13 nights on a 30 degree delicates wash cycle. They both dried quite fast. It seems to have improved the blanket somewhat. When I wake up I'm rather comfortable warm than unbearable hot; as long as I'm not wearing clothes, use no cover for the blanket and have no hot flushes.

Really enjoying the blanket. Have been using it on top of a devut cover without the devut and so far no night sweats. Looking forward to trying it out with the devut in the cooler months. Have used in conjuntion with a menopause mat i got from another site but overall i feel this would do the trick without the use of of the mat.

My night sweats and hot flushes have become more severe in recent months so I decided to buy the cool embrace blanket to help me with my sleep. The minute I laid under it, I felt my body temperature drop. Unfortunately it doesn't stop the surges from happening as that's biological, but it does help to maintain a cooler body temperature during the night so that you can get more sleep. I'm hoping that they might invent a mattress topper to help discharge heat from my back as well.

Although I have only been using it for a short while, it has already made such an incredible difference and I've been sleeping through for the first time in ages. It's really easy to put it in the duvet case and sleep like 'normal'. So after heading into a certain time of life and experiencing night sweats, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try the Cool Embrace blanket.

I have to admit being a sceptical, how does it work? its a blanket, surely that's going to be hotter. But give it a go I did.

My first night was quite a revelation. I did not sweat at all as the blanket seemed to regulate my temperature - such a great feeling to awake dry.
The second night was the same, no sweats. This product shouldn't work, but it does so there's definitely some magic going on inside the layers that really work.
