Be very careful. I bought a bottle of this and there is a black spot inside the bottle. I suspect it’s mould but the bottle is unopened. I have contacted customer service numerous times since December 2025 last year and they still have not replied. Stick with baileys

I first came across Coole Swan in Dublin Airport some years back and took a bottle on holidays with us - Bringing something Irish along for the holiday! This started our love affair with the drink. It is now our go to drink for after a meal or for a relaxing evening chat. Recently I gave presents of bottles of Coole Swan to family members and have now spread the joy of sitting down to a glass of such smooth luxury. An added plus (if you needed it) is the excellent personal and professional way the company is run and handle your orders and queries.

My order arrived damaged so I emailed Coole Swan to let them know. The response was personal, friendly and professional. Absolutely no question, a replacement was sent next day. What I really liked about this was that I was asked whether the issue was their fault in packing or the courier handling. No corporate BS, no 'we can't possibly be wrong'. Very refreshing to deal with such a company and I wish more companies were run like this ... life would be so much better for everyone ...
