ANOTHER UPDATE ON NON-RESPONSIVE "COOL-GADGET" WHO STILL 48 HOURS AFTER THEY TELL ME THEY GOT MY COMPLAINTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA ETC, AND I FORWARD THEM THE 7 EMAILS THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO - NOW THEY CONTINUE TO NOT RESPOND AT ALL - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEIR CABLES WILL BREAK AND BREAK AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE - BUYERS BEWARE!

INITIALLY I THOUGHT IT WAS A STURDY PRODUCT, GREAT DESIGN, BUT THE FIRST CABLE BROKE JUST AFTER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY WITH AMAZON. SO I WENT TO THE COMPANY AND THEY INITIALLY WERE GREAT AND SENT ME A NEW ONE AND THREW THE OTHER CABLE OUT.

THEN THE 2ND CABLE JUST DIED ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. SO 2 CABLES DIED IN LESS THEN 6 MONTHS. THEY RESPONDED TO MY SECOND COMPLAINT 1 TIME WHILE I WAS BEING VERY NICE AND PATIENT. THEY SAID THEY SENT A NEW CABLE OVER A WEEK AGO.

NOW NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME AFTER 5 DIFFERENT EMAILS ASKING FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. I WOULD NOW AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT 2 DEAD CABLES IN 6 MONTHS WHICH THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE THIS CABLE!!! NOT COOL AT ALL COOL GADGET!!!

A little pricey but very good quality. I can always find some fun and useful gadgets here.
