Horrible company. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought 5 blouses that took several weeks to receive (they came from China) and they were several sizes too small. I asked to return them for a full refund and they sent me this:

"According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."

So they offered me $18 for a $121.00 purchase.

I ordered a shirt through the FB add. It arrived in about a month, not unreasonable given that it came from China, but it is too small. When I finally got through to return it (through the website, then an email, not through the webaddress they say to use), they say I am free to return it but need to pay all customs and postage costs and, since it will be pricey, they are offering me, instead, a %15 refund. Pretty minimal if you ask me. So, I would have liked the shirt, but will not be using this company again.

I liked a top they advertised on FB. The title of the ad is Sweet Cotton Shirts & Tops. Because I've been fooled previously, I sent a message to them, asking if the top was 100% cotton or if it was a blend. Their response was that it was 100% cotton. So, I placed the order. When it arrived, the tag on the top shows that it's 100% polyester. When I sent an inquiry about returning the item, I asked for a complete refund of both product and shipping, and reimbursement for shipping costs to return the item to them, due to the fact that they completely misrepresented the item. Their counter offer to me was 15% of the item price.

I intend to complain to my credit card company, but I wanted to warn anyone considering purchasing from this company, that they have a pretty crappy return policy.

Very slow shipping, and e-mail communication with company is poor. I emailed a question to them about my order being late, and I got a "form letter" response. I am hoping to get my money back because it's been 4 weeks and items still have not shipped. This company is not reliable at all.

Wesite you must go to for returns does not work. It says try later, or error on the page and there is no phone number listed. This was done through a facebook ad. Thought I could trust that, but I guess not. It is a beautiful shirt, but not true to size and I feel cheated. Coolila is not a company I would recommend , As I am stuck with something I cannot wear or return.

This company rips the american consumer off. I ordeted 4 blouses, 1st one was nothing like the picture, the second one had white spots on a yellow blouse. I wanted to return the damaged item, but Coolila only would give me 35% of what i paid . Says i could keep the item and clean it. Its a damaged product, nothing to do with cleaning. Dishonest company. Shame on you

I ordered 4 items from Coolila three weeks ago. I received a shipment notification for one item within the documented time-frame of 3-5 business days. The tracking link was broken, but if I corrected the tracking number, it did work and I was able to get notifications on the package. Two items (not one) arrived 7 business days after shipping, which was in their posted time-frame. One of the shirts I'm very pleased with! The other is a size smaller, though it is marked the same size, but the shirt itself is very nice and the print is pretty. My Coolila account online is not accurate - it only shows one item having shipped, and no info about the backorder status of the other items. I emailed about the other items and I have received no response in over one week. My guess is that the other items will eventually arrive, but the communication on the shipping process is not reliable. I hope they are able to work through the fulfillment and communication issues, because they have interesting clothes to offer at a great price. I highly recommend using Paypal if you decide to order from Coolila.
