I recently had the pleasure of working with Complete Cooling for the installation of three air-conditioning units in my apartment, and I can say without hesitation that their service was nothing short of exceptional.

From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The workmen were not only highly skilled but also incredibly clean and tidy—something that is often overlooked in this industry. They treated my home with great care, ensuring minimal disruption and leaving everything immaculate upon completion.

Mo came do design, communication was easy, and installation of AC was carried next week, very tidily and professionally. Crew were very nice.

Very poor customer service, had many problems with fridge and was told these are teething problems. Not professional at all. A fridge that does not work is not a teething problem, it’s a big problem,

I have experienced exceptionally bad service from this company.
I bought an arneg 1875 from them in april last year and after it consistently breaking down they have finally stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. I have asked for a refund which they laughed at.

I’ve had nothing but problems and unhelpful service. This company are way out of their depth.
I had the Arneg Osuka 1875 fitted in April last year and it has consistently broke down since. I’ve had the engineers out over 15 times to fix it. Each time loosing a fully stocked fridge. Over £5,000 in lost goods so far.
When I asked them to remove it and give me a refund they flat out refused.
When it was initially installed the condenser was fitted along side the condenser for my air conditioning which meant my air conditioning condenser pumped very hot air into my fridge condenser. This is a problem I’m sure they would’ve been aware of but obviously not. The engineers have never seemed to understand the problem. They finally changed the positioning of the condenser. Since then everything has gone wrong.
I’m currently in the process of arguing over a refund but I’m sure I’ll get nowhere.
Very disappointed but the whole experience.

I used this Airconditioning company for installation at my home and I found them professional and efficient and at reasonable cost

Have used London refrigeration for a number of years to repair our fridges. Always quick to get to you and no false promises, the engineers are honest and efficient. All round good experience... well done
