My partner ordered a large toolbox from this awful company and received a cheap and nasty necklace in a box! He's informed paypal and hopefully he will get the 50 usd back he paid. What a load of scammers!!

This company is a scam. Ordered a product and they sent something different and then they wanted me to pay return shipping to China. It was their fault. Then they offers me $5.00 to keep wrong product. They won't send me the correct product unless I return the wrong product. Stay away from them.

Never ever buy from this company, if that what they call themselves, no company treat there customers like they do. They are scamming people left right and centre, and Facebook are letting them get away with this, I ordered a drawer set back in January, and all I received was a small plastic holder for a remote control, they need to be taken off, as with the amount of people they con, everyday is absolutely terrible. Please never use these people, scammers through and through.

I was totally cheated out by this company. I placed an order for Kitchenware and paid through Paypal. In the picture they were nice kitchenware for $29.99. I didn't receive my items and received a cheap plastic bowl from China instead. I tried to get money back from Paypal and I missed my deadline by a few hours. After I entered new screenshots from what I received, Paypal has already closed the case. Lucky for this company as they scam away with another customer.

Please please do not order from this scam artist they take your dam money after about 2 weeks you will get a tracking number then in another 2 weeks or so you will get some cheap little crap in my case these4 little plastic desert plates instead of my air fryer and my bank told me they can get by with this because they use that pay pal crap and they claim you dont actually order the product you order a mystery box wich is bull crap so please i have the proper authorities looking into this so please dont order from here

Ordered a 15 drawer storage unit and they gave me a tracking #. I received this cheap crappy free gift but not my storage unit. Checked with the postal service and no other box was on this tracking number. Your company has told me it was delivered and it was not. Scam company, do not order from them. Warn your friends!!

I ordered a container set and got sent a cheap little container .. I am reporting them this is complete bull .. They take your money and you get something that you didn't even order ..Im going to investigate them and get my money back . Stay away from these scammers

Yes I can 2nd that ordered a adjustable dumbell and received a dumbell shaped tiny water bottle for the price of 40 dollars (was supposed to be 20kg) 🤬

coollife is hidden website for scammer, unrealistic prices for premium goods but you will recieve the cheapest junk that have nothing to do with your order. be aware of that scammer. I am waiting for a full refund from PayPal. Keep away and safe.
