I am writing this as the Coolmuster app…
I am writing this as the Coolmuster app is copying info from my old 3G phone to my new 5G android no-name phone. It appears to be working very well, copying everything like call logs, text messages, and apps, so I am very happy with that. On the downside, it cost me almost half of what I paid for the new phone and it is taking longer than an install of Windows to do the copy! I mean hours of waiting and waiting and waiting for it to work.
I'll write a second review when it finally finishes, hopefully tonight.

What an amazing support staff...First Rate
At first I struggled with getting the software to function as I thought it should. Finally reached out for help via customer service. I have never experienced such dedication and patience from any other support staff. We corresponded through e-mails to set me straight. The response times were so quick I wasn't left hanging much more than half a day. I was thoroughly impressed.

I purchased the Coolmuster Android Assistant software and hot an error in recognizing my phone. After several futile attempts, I sent an email to their customer service. I got a response back VERY shortly with explicit steps to fix the problem. That worked beautifully. and the program worked seamlessly as advertised. App Does not Work Please don't waste your money
Bought the app and tried to copy all my data including contacts WhatsApp, photos text non of it worked, the app was showing not compatible raised a request for a refund immediately within 30min no response. Wished I read the trustpilot review before purchasing the app. Thecontact was only able to transfer 5 out of 1000 contacts just appaling.
Wonder why you're selling a product that does not work in the first instance.
