I bought a Cool Soft x Ivy & Duke pet cooling mat last year for my senior lab, she can get very hot in the summer both in her bed or when travelling on the car, I had heard great reviews so decided to try one for her,
The mat is fabulous- it’s cool to touch and stays cool when pressure /dog on it, it was invaluable in the summer for her especially after having surgery and she enjoyed recuperating in the garden, I placed it on her bed and she enjoyed snoozing in the sun

Now….. the best thing about the mat, it’s interchangeable for humans!!! I am a perimenopausal woman who suffers at night with hot flushes and feeling uncomfortable 😫 I decided to try Rubix cool mat and what a difference 🙌

A far better nights sleep even if I was only able to get the benefit on half of my body due to the size of the mat 😂

I have bene looking at the meno mats, they look fabulous 🙌 I think I definitely need to try one to save my sanity and so that Rubix can ge her own mat back 🙈❤️❤️

My dog likes his Ivy & Duke x CoolSoft Pet Cooling Mat. Keeps him nice and cool and he likes to sleep on it in warmer weather. Easy to wash and dry. He also loves the Coolsoft menomat which is a bit bigger and can stretch right out on it. I find it cooler than the pet cooling mat and recommend. Much better than other cooling mats

I’m lying on this mat as I type and can’t believe how hot it is. I’m so disappointed! I’m perimenopausal, so it was bought for night sweats, but thought I’d try it tonight during this heat wave. Not cooling in any way, at all. It feels as cool as any sheet does for the first few seconds, then actually feels hotter. Absolutely gutted and what a complete waste of money. Also outwith the 14 return so can’t get a refund. Do not recommend!

My mat arrived a couple of days after ordering. I had my doubts, however, first night I put it on with my pillow which already has a cooling insert.

As a post menopausal woman, I still get night sweats and have taken to having a towel for those embarrassing sweaty moments. However, I've not needed the dreaded sweat rag the last couple of nights.

It keeps me cooler but not cold, enough to stop the dreaded sweats, it doesn't move much either and I am a restless sleeper!

As Goldilocks once found out the mat is just right.

So a few positives: it arrived really fast after ordering, it’s comfortable and the straps hold the mattress topper in place
But for negatives the sheets slide around and have to be refitted almost daily and it gets so hot! Every night I wake up absolutely boiling as the bit I’m sleeping on gets so warm. The cool sensation only lasts for the first 5mins. Wish I’d just bought the wool topper from elsewhere. Suppose it might be ok in winter…

Blown away by the products, we use the fibre mattress topper, pillows and the pillow cases and are over the moon. Such a game changer for that cooler, more comfortable nights sleep. Our boxer also LOVES her pet cooling mat, the best we have experienced and the only one she will in fact lay on 🧊

Easy refund process

unfortunately i didn't like the pad, just didn't work for. However refund was process was super simple and i was refunded the day after purchase

If you are buying this product (the cool soft menomat) to get relief from menopause symptoms (night sweats or hot flushes) it didn’t work for me. If you have night sweats/hot flushes see your GP about help for the menopause symptoms first. Unfortunately, I’m outside of the 14 day timeframe to return and claim a refund.

Absolutely love the Coolsoft products! I have a dog Matt, a pillowcase and a baby Matt! These products are 10/10 and keep me cool all night! If you have trouble sleeping or get hot then these products are for you!

Absolutely love my meno mat & pillow case!!
I'd heard of going to sleep at the right body temperature but I'd not fully appreciated it, until I became pregnant and wow do you get hot! I was lucky enough to be gifted the meno mat & pillow case & it's changed my sleep instantly for the better. I no longer huff & puff flapping the covers all around and instead lay on the mat and keep cool throughout the night, my partner even tries to sneak his feet on the bottom to keep cool! I have recommended to friends it's so good! I got this over a month ago & it's still as good as the first day I used it.

Absolutely love this cooling mat, it is always cool to touch and my Cockapoo loves to lay on it. It is easy to fold up and take with you on picnics, to the beach or in the car making sure you can help to keep your dog cool. And of course it’s machine washable at 40 degrees.

The Ivy & Duke x CoolSoft Pet Cooling Mat is brilliant, I have an Assistance Dog and have found the mat really useful. The mat is easy to transport and to use inside and outside, even our cats love it!
Unlike most cool mats the is this like fabric and doesn’t make strange sounds like others on the market and nothing will leak from it.
I have a small and large Labrador who each fit the mat very nicely.

I can’t thank you enough I’m so pleased with Stanley’s cooling mat. He’s a much better judge of character than I am he is so fussy. He never sits with me after a walk when it’s hot outside. He goes into the bathroom on the floor where it’s cold and he chose this instead. And it lovely he now chooses to sit next to me instead of hiding away to stay cool.

Purchased mattress topper & pillow case for my husband & I as he is always too hot & I am having menopausal flushes. Unfortunately after 7 days use we didn’t find any difference in using the products.

In light of their “14-night trial period which can be found on their website allowing you to try and test our products in the comfort of your own home. If you are not completely satisfied you can return to us for a full refund no questions asked”

I have sent 2 different emails to their company within the 14 days requesting acceptable of return & where to return the items too. So far I have heard nothing back from the company & there is no telephone number to speak to them.

Customer service so far has been poor as unreachable within the time scale of our purchase 29/4/24.

We bought the cool soft mat for our dog over the summer months and it really helped to cool him down and keep him level during the heatwave - would highly recommend!

Quick delivery and great product

I love the meno mat, I have suffered for years in menopause with night sweats soaked through every night. The meno mat absorbs the moisture which has made a huge difference I don’t get back into a cold wet bed ! Highly recommend

My wife brought me a so called cooling topper and pillow for my birthday to be fair when you 1st got in bed there cold but within 5mins of being in bed there Hotter than a Greek forest fire complete waste of money even when you use a cotton sheet and pillowcase has instructed my normal pillows are actually cooler than the cooling pillow. Sounds a great product in theory but in reality my advice don't waste your money.
Purchased at crufts

Mattress topper is very slippery. The top sheet slides around. Not comfortable at all. Have emailed and left a voicemail with the Co but no answer to either. Waste of money in my opinion.

I have had the coolsoft mattress topper for a few weeks now.I think personally it was a waste of money.it's as flat as a pancake and doesn't stay cool for more than a couple of minutes.no different than laying on a cool sheet,after two minutes it warms to your body temperature and I still wake in night boiling hot and having to move around the bed to find a cool spot for just a few minutes and it's winter so I can't see it improving in the summer.Back to searching for a cooling solution for me.
