Did not give full refund!
The shoes did not fit and did not look like the advertised green color. I attempted to return them for a full refund, but while they refunded the cost of the shoes ($100), they did not refund the $7 tax that I paid!

Why am I being ignored?
Do you believe that customer support is unimportant? These shoes have ruined my pants with ink, and my sneakers are completely covered in red ink. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
