Great case and fast delivery

Am still waiting for almost a year for my item still hasn’t arrived. Sent an email few months ago. No one replied or acknowledged my email. WHAT A JOKE

I couldn’t get support from their 24/7 live chat or email support to cancel my order until over a week later… AFTER it arrived.

Fast shipping. Excellent product!

Great in replying back via email and resolving the issue.

Delivery was slow and outside of the window ordered. Once eventually dispatched, the item was received within 3 days.

Because the item was lot dispatched until around 10 days after my order being placed (and money taken) I attempted to contact coopercases 3 times, once through web chat, once via email and finally via form submission on their website. I received silence and still do not know what caused the delays or if this is normal.

Poor quality unit has a chunk of silicone missing from the case where it was cut from the mold.

I ordered with good faith they took money never shipped my package and will not answer emails. Not a good company

Very cheap quality on the things that hold the iPad as they broke had to use elastic bands to hold it

The customer service is amazing! They replied quickly and resolved my issue with 2 short emails.

I ordered a portable keyboard and after two and a half weeks my order was cancelled because it said it was out of stock. Okay

Hopeless service

I needed a telescopic table-top stand to put my iPad at face level whilst painting from photos. After due research (there are several similar ones to choose from) I opted for this stand as it comes from a reputable company with an impressive web-site. It is robust enough to hold my iPad securely (via sprung clamps), is adjustable for tilt and orientation, has a heavy base, and dismantles easily for storage. It is a clever, simple, design, and looks great. Although coming in a very stylish box, it was delivered unsealed (I could open the box lid without removing any tape or other packaging; rather a concern although all the bits were in the box with nothing missing. Highly recommended… a great product at a very fair price….

The product arrived on time and the box was in good condition. It was also easy to assembly.

Also I very deliberately chose to not shop on Amazon, but rather an independent company so I was really disappointed to have my item shipped by Amazon Logistics.

Item wasn’t sent out until I emailed explaining it had not been dispatched. Then I received a completely different case to what I had ordered from a different company not coopercases. Still trying to get the matter resolved. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.

Placed order on January 2 items not received yet with constant emails with no response. And no customer service contact other than email.
