Thank you Coopers

We ordered an oven, hob and extractor fan from Coopers, and we found them and their subcontractors to be professional and efficient. This was particularly so when we had to upgrade our electricals to accommodate the oven and hob- again very professional in explaining to us what needed to be done. This required an extra visit to install the oven, which was done free of charge. Thanks again!

Avoid by all means

Avoid by all means ! We have been loyal customers to Coopers and they let us down leaving us with a faulty washing machine that we bought only 6 months ago. They don’t take any responsibility after 30 days and you have to deal with the manufacturer and the warranty company when there is an issue. We were going in circles and with no solution at all. We had an engineer that came and check our washing machine and informed us that they needed to replace 8 parts and fix it them rather than replacing the washing machine .Needless to say that the repairs would take weeks and we would be without a washing machine. We have been fobbing off by Coopers . They operate this way to make you buy a new washing machine with no compensation whatsoever ! Disappointing customer service and care ! We feel ripped off and have no alternative to buy a new washing machine somewhere else with a better price. Awful experience and will not recommend Coopers as trustworthy retailer

Top Service and Support

The service and support offered by this company is second to none and completely justified my decision to buy from a retailer rather than an on-line site. At the time of the original purchase of our Bosch dishwasher in June the installation was speedily arranged for the following day. Yesterday when we had an issue with the "built in" feature of our dishwasher the fitter came around the very same day to sort us out. I can not sufficiently recommend!

My fridge died and Coopers came to my…

My fridge died and Coopers came to my rescue. I remembered that I had used them some years ago. My telephone call was answered by a human being, they had my old records, they sent around a man to measure my fridge, rang me immediately afterwards, offered me alternatives and fitted a new fridge the next day - ie today! One very happy customer because I had very good customer service. Well done Coopers!!

Going the extra mile

Needed a new fridge-freezer and had set my heart on an American style one - but restricted by 70cm wide doors in my house. "Not a problem" said Coopers - and after over an hour of effort it was in - and with good humour and courtesy from their workers. Cannot recommend them more highly.

I have used Coopers for some years

I have used Coopers for some years, and they have never failed to impress. I would find it hard to believe if it was claimed that there was a better electrical firm in London.
The service on the telephone gets 10 out 10 from me.
The delivery and installation today gets another 10 out 10, and it was performed by charming, polite, helpful and knowledgeable men.
Coopers - stay at the 'Top of the Class' and have another Gold Star.

Great knowledge and service

We have used coopers twice and they have been great every time. Super knowledgeable, gave us amazing prices on our kitchen appliances (actually cheaper than online) and fast and super efficient delivery and installation of our tumble dryer (no fuss despite it being a very narrow passage into the room... unlike our delivery online a few years before!). Would recommend!

Wonderful!

Coopers provided fantastic service and product from start to finish. I needed an unusually sized fridge freezer and they found me one right away. It arrived on time and the old one was taken away no hassle. The new one was ready to use and the whole experience was fantastic. This is the outcome when you use small shops not big online ones! There is so much to deal with during the pandemic and Coopers have been fantastic. Yes we had to have an appointment but we called them and were seen within 15 mins of calling as they fit us in there and then. I also felt safe and protected during the visit in the shop, I will be using them again and again in the future!

Need an appointment to shop here? Get real

Used to like this shop and support it as a local business but turned up today to discover you need to make an appointment to go in. Just when we don’t need any more COVID insanity, here it is. Won’t be bothering again, Amazon are much more welcoming.

Great advice was given in the shop at the time of purchase. Just gives you confidence you are buying the correct appliance for your usage and needs. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely great customer service

Absolutely great customer service. I ordered on the Wednesday having received advice over the telephone as to which washing machine options I had (my old washing machine is under a stacker system tumble dryer), ordered over the telephone, and installed a few days later. Highly recommend.

Great service

Great service. From order to delivery in less than 24 hours. Very knowledgeable, competitive price, superb local delivery team (taking machines up and down stairs with good humour). We've purchased from them many times over the last 10 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Good service

We have used Coopers Appliances several times and have always been pleased with their service. We know of friends who have used them too and have said the same..They have always been very prompt in quoting and carrying out supplying the replacement appliance, removal of the old etc. Overall very happy.

We tried to order a dishwasher from…

We tried to order a dishwasher from Coopers. We paid up front gave them the make and model, and a week later they delivered the wrong machine. They then promised to order the correct model and a week later they delivered a slimline version - again the wrong one. That was that as far as we were concerned, we tried to shop local and ran across rank incompetence. The only good thing I can say is they refunded us promptly.
