Very poor quality contact lenses

I have tried several different CooperVision lens types and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Compared to other brands on the market, the overall quality is noticeably worse. The lenses tear very easily, often straight out of the blister or while putting them in, and many of them have visible defects.

The biggest issue, however, is comfort. I can feel these lenses on my eyes all the time. They cause irritation, dryness and a constant sensation of something being in my eye, which makes them very uncomfortable to wear for more than a short period.
This problem occurred with every CooperVision product I tried, which suggests it is not just a bad batch but a general quality issue. Given the price and the much better alternatives available, I will not be buying CooperVision lenses again.

Rubbish lenses

Rubbish lenses! Have been using them for ages, but they just split all the time.
I have monthly lenses, but from a packet of three (from Specsavers) only one will last for the full month, the rest barely last 2 weeks.
Of all the years I've been using monthly contact lenses, these are the worst. When I complained recently that I wasn't getting my money's worth, I was fobbed off by an Optician, & told it was just due to my eyes being dry! I use eye drops twice a day already!

The website for complaints shown above doesn't have a "contact us" section! The others are only for if you live in the USA.

I also noticed that no one replies to these complaints on here!

Methinks it's time to go to another Optician. :-(

What a waste of money!

I ordered the Biofinity Tonic lenses after using Daysoft contacts for years and being told that I have a slight astigmatism by my optician. Daysoft has been drying my eyes out lately, my vision would get blurry here and there and I thought it was because I needed to change my lenses to accommodate for astigmatism. I got the Biofinity delivered today and was so excited to try them! I was so quickly disappointed! They cut into my eyes, my vision is not any better than with the standard Daysoft and my eyes are even more dry and burn. What a waste of money!!!! I am fuming

Recall Program is a Joke

If you were ever able to get though the first part of the website, you'd have been asked for a photo of multiple bottles, clearly able to see the lot numbers, and signature.

One photo for up to 6 bottles, max 5MB, which has to clearly show the tiniest writing imaginable. It's like it's 2002!

Then you'd get a measly £2 for a 250 ml bottle, which is apparently the retail value. Not in any shop I've been in.

Nowadays, the magical "Check Product" button just doesn't do anything at all. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Nothing.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service - my lense solution was recalled so I submitted a reimbursement claim as advised. I was told this would take 1-2 weeks to process. Over 9 weeks later I am still waiting, despite assurances this would have been resolved by now. I wouldn’t use this company by choice but sadly they are Specsavers chosen contact lense solution supplier.
