Ordered a denim jacket that I couldn’t find elsewhere. I was a bit nervous as not bought from cooshti before, plus all the negative reviews. Nothing to worry about. Arrived relatively quickly, all good. Based on my experience I can recommend.

I ordered a garment from them on Tuesday 20th January 2026 and paid for 48hr delivery. This has still not arrived, Saturday 24th inst. They are blaming Royal Mail and suggested next time, which there will not be, that I ask for it to be sent by DHL
I will certainly not be buying from them again.

This is a scam website.

The item received is a fake. It’s not the real side bag from Butter.

They lure you with discounted prices but it’s all fake.

They don’t reply when you ask for a refund. This site needs to be taken down.

Great service. Ordered a couple of sale items and all arrived in a timely manner

Terrible experience shopping with this outfit, used Royal Mail to dump their parcel on my doorstep during the day which subsequently went missing after being left in full view for the majority of my working day.
Once I contacted Cooshti I had to wait for someone with authority to contact me which became frustrating and I contacted my card issuer as they were messing me around. Then they had the audacity to challenge my card issuers refund, which I can only think that they want to frustrate me obtaining my refund which is totally disgusting.

Avoid this clown shop at all costs 🤡

My experience:
- sent to the wrong address
- each of the boots had a different color
- refund not issued
- absolutely no communication from the seller via email

Having recently discovered the brand Flower Mountain, I have been scanning the internet for their trainers in the sale as they’re normally very expensive.
I got a bit obsessed with finding them in the sale lol, I had purchased 2 pairs in the sale from another website only weeks before I found a pair in the sale on Cooshti website.
They were half price….and they had my size….I messaged the store for some more details on the item, but me being impatient also phoned the store. My call was answered quickly by Blaze and he sent me the info I needed. Having to think about it carefully as they were still pricey, I wanted a few more details. I messaged and phoned the store again and got the info I needed to help me decide on my purchase which included more photos of the item, this again was completed by Blaze.
He was very helpful and polite and efficient.
I purchased the trainers and Blaze packed them and dispatched them with in 15 minutes and I received them on the 2nd morning after being sent, sent on a 48hr tracked service which was also free.
So this morning I received my fabulous trainers! They’re great and fit perfectly!
I would purchase from this site again as they do some great brands and it’s the sort of shop I like.
The service I received from Blaze was very good and I’d recommend this store to anyone.
I was a bit worried after reading pervious reviews on here, but for me, there was nothing to complain about.

I would like to leave a good review here as I think that the fundamentals of the business are sound.
However they sent me the wrong item. Well it might not have been the wrong item. The item might have been correct, but the picture on the website was not the same as what I wanted.
So I had to do a return. He is where the issues start.
Item returned. They then didn't automatically refund me. I had to start chasing them for 2 weeks to ask what was happening. Basically nothing was happening. I did try repeatedly to contact them via email. The one time I did call them they were engaged. I didn't bother calling them again. They only responded once during the 5 weeks to discuss the item.
I did keep the proof of postage so I knew that they had received the item.
In the end it was me creating a paypal issue with them and paypal agreed with me. However this has taken 5 weeks.

If they want to be an online shop, then they may well need to do quite a bit of work.
I have ticked the box to inform them about this review.
However something tells me they will take as much notice of this message as they did about the 5-10 emails one has sent them concerning asking for some service.
You can make your own mind up if you decide to deal with them.
From a personal view. I wouldn't got near them again.

On 13th September 23 I ordered a scarf from Cooshti as a birthday gift for my daughter who was in the process of moving home ready to start college. The parcel arrived and I passed it to her unopened.

A few days later on her birthday 20th Sep she opened it only to discover they had sent totally the wrong item - a pair of green plastic waterproof trousers. By this time I was on holiday in Greece.

My daughter was very busy sorting out her new home, enrolling and finding out about college. From Greece I made contact with Cooshti and they refused to send the correct item - the sarf - that I had paid for until the incorrect item had been returned. It felt as though they did not trust that we would return it.

When I returned from Greece I saw my daughter and tried to return the parcel using the return slip provided. The Post Office said it was not one of their barcodes. I explained this to Cooshti who said I had used the wrong label - it was the only one in the package. They then emailed another label and I posted the item back to them. Even at this stage they would not send the item until my return had actually arrived, even though they could see it had been posted.

Finally today 10th October 23 the item I ordered has arrived and my daughter likes it - so 1 star.

Cooshti were kept informed about my feelings about the way they dealt with this. They did apologise in their emails but their actions during this saga speak louder than words, I will never order anything from them again.

Poor company. Avoid at all costs! Ordered and paid for a pair of trainers a week ago only to have to follow up where my order was at the weekend. No customer service, just an automated refund sent and confirmation my order was cancelled and trainers weren’t actually in stock.
Not a great customer experience advertising goods that are kit actually in stock, taking money only to have to refund a week later.

Gave 1* as, I guess, at least they processed my refund else would give 0* if possible. Jokers!

After buying from them many times (spending alot of money!) I contacted them when the stitching on a pair of sweatpants was undoing on both pockets. I requested a refund or exchange but they refused as I reported the issue on 21st March and had purchased in November. Going over the 12 week return time. I did comment that they were a Christmas present so hadn't been worn for long but they were not interested.
They said I could return for repair or have a refund of £18 towards repair costs. I requested the refund and haven't heard from them since.
They have previously only responded to my chaser emails. They have lost a customer but , unfortunately, I don't think they're bothered.

Got my order on time and in perfect condition. Very good customer service professional and people are lovley. I will order again. Thank you 🙂

Ordered goods for next delivery and haven't arrived. Have called and emailed. Not taking responsibility and blaming the courier. Really poor customer service. Refusing to refund postage costs and not sure if I will get my goods or a refund and out of pocket by alot of money !!

Bought an item for Christmas for my dad. The item was fake! Not real Lacoste! We have bought directly from Lacoste before and this items material is completely different and washed up awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a Carhartt hoodie from Cooshti, it arrived in good time, was the correct size and could track my order the whole way. It’s completely legit and a lot of their clothes you can get for £10 odd cheaper than other places 🙌

Sent me the wrong sized hoodie. They allowed me to return it so sent me a label. A month later I still hadn’t got my refund so I contacted them asking for refund but gaining no response. I got my money back after I disputed the purchase with PayPal. Do not recommend this shop.

Tried on a pair of cute Stüssy sweatpants in Selfridges but they didn't have my size so I checked online and found them at Cooshti. Not only were they significantly cheaper but I also got a great Black Friday discount. The order was shipped promptly and delivered without a problem. Would definitely recommend!
