Scam people beware

Do not use

Do not use. Absolute scammers. How this business is still in business is beyond me. Before you do business with these crooks, take a look at the other reviews. We're still waiting on a refund.

SCAM!
I contacted Copland Post for a refund via Copland Post support site as they requested me to and on the 30th of May William Radley messaged me back saying

Thank you for your message. We are currently assessing your case and you should expect a response soon. Just to let you know, we are experiencing a high volume of requests at the moment, which has caused some delays in our response times.

I have reported it to watchdog now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Scam. Never delivered on what was agreed in the contract. Eventually asked for a refund after multiple 'delays.' An employee via email agreed to a refund, said it had been processed and should be coming back to us within 5 working days, but it never did. Chased it up, said it's been passed on and to, her boss, the Director, and told me to contact him directly. Multiple calls, emails, letters were completely ignored and never gotten back to.

Do not use this company—they are scam artists, will take your money, not deliver, then go on to completely ignore you.

SCAMMER VERSION 2

I have a previous review regarding Copland Post describing how I have been scammed by this company in November 2023. I asked for a refund since then and nothing.

They have contacted me recently to take down the post on TrustPilot (I won't do it) as they are working to issue the refund. Today (4th of June) I received a notification from their system saying the case has been resolved but no refund, no explanation of what happened with the campaign.

I am so fed up of this company.

Guys, please please do not let this happened to you. Stay away from Copland Post. Otherwise, you will regret it.

I really want to thank Mr William as he was very supportive and patient . What I did like the most is that the moment I explained for him what is the service that I’m offering he immediately did the right leaflets design for me I’m soooo happy . I do highly recommend Copland post ( peace of mind ) thanks

This scammer uses deception strategies

This scammer uses deception strategies, always offering excuses and new deadlines, making the victim feel hopeful, believing that they will be reimbursed, so that the victim gets tired of all the inconvenience and gives up on the dispute. It has a series of other brands with the same occurrences, just search. Several people are looking for him.

Scammers

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
I AM BEGGING YOU TO
STAY AWAY FROM COPLAND POST!!!!!!!!!

I had a campaign (number 1024) set up by Copland Post (previously Copland Ads). They are the most unprofessional and deceitful people ever seen.

This campaign was meant to start 10th of November. It was so easy for them to collect the money a week before but FAILED to DELIVER or to EVEN START THE CAMPAIGN 3 weeks after the 10th of November. Their app to track the leaflets distribution was not working and they could not give any UPDATE on the campaign until today: 01/04/2024. They did not distribute anything.

I asked for a refund since December and they said they will take care of it but it was just to calm me down cause they know they were guilty. I sent so many emails, call them so many times but nothing has been done until now.

So not only they did not do the job at all, additionally they do not want to issue any kind of refunds. And because I was the one suggesting Copland Post in my organisation, my colleagues do not see that well and they do not know what to believe. They think I failed without knowing in reality that COPLANDPOST is a bunch of SCAMMERS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

They are the most unprofessional and deceitful people ever seen. They collect your money and leaflets and will never distribute. They will keep on postponing and when you ask for a refund they will tell all sort of stories about their policies. They just act as scammers. It's like they delay things on purpose so you are discouraged and when you ask for refund they will tell you that their policies don't allow the refund.
Anyway if I don't get my money refunded I will take the matter to court.

Highly recommended working with CoplandPost

Enjoy working with CoplandPost! My experience so far has been great and their support is excellent as they are always on top to make sure their agents have a great working experience. Very friendly, communication is extremely responsive and they are always there to resolve any issues. You get paid very fast and they ensure you’ve received it!

AVOID this company

AVOID! Worst experience I've ever had using a company. They failed to deliver on 2 campaigns, then they agreed to issue a refund for both campaigns, but only refunded one. I've spent the best part of a month chasing them and eventually have submitted a claim at a small claims court.

I do NOT recommend!!

Booked a mass leaflet campaign delivery with them. They assured me that it would take 14 days for our leaflets to be delivered. This never happened. We instructed them in the beginning of June. It is now nearly August and the leaflets still have not been delivered. They have now changed the estimated completion date twice and when I brought this up and complained about them not upholding their side of the agreement they said I was being difficult over the phone. After the first time that they changed the completion date they assured me that they have made improvements to their online platform. Their website doesn't function correctly and is extremely difficult to navigate, still to this day.

I have now reached the end of my patience with them after the second time of them delaying the completion date for our campaign, all without informing our company of such delays throughout. They have negatively impacted our brand's reputation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely poor service and very unprofessional staff who blame you for pointing out their unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail.

I do NOT recommend!!
