The shop is untrustworthy and unserious!! Do not shop there! I wanted to return sneakers due to wrong size and shipped the package to the indicated return address, not only I paid 20€ shipping costs, but also the package was never picked up, even though I was in constant contact and provided the tracking number. The customer service is not interested in receiving any returns and did not care to refund me.
They don‘t even reply to my mails. I am about to inform the authorities about this issue.
I do not recommend this shop at all, save your money, time and nerves!!
