Had my surgery yesterday with Mr Chris West who is a lovely guy. All the staff are very friendly and quick to answer any concerns. The procedure is explained in detail so I knew what to expect. The clinic is second to none and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Mr West and Coppergate Clinic.

Epitome of professionalism and skill …
I had an amazing experience with Coppergate Clinic. My treatment was for upper blephroplasty and from the moment I booked I was dealt with professionally and efficiently in every way.
My procedure was with Mr Smith and he was amazing. He reassured me at every step and spoke to me about expectations and end results, so I had a clear picture of what to expect.
On the day of the procedure we revisited this and then throughout the procedure time he made me feel at ease completely. Nicki who assisted him, also reassured me and helped calm my nerves. After the procedure had finished I had clear next steps and understood the recovery period. The after care was superb , as a team they are still in touch with you even after stitches are removed to discuss how things are continuing to heal. My bruising healed quickly and my scars are hardly visible. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr Smith and his team. It was the best decision I ever made, I only wish I had done it sooner. Thank you x

The best experience
Communication throughout the entire process has been fantastic. The staff are warm, informative and really go above and beyond to make your experience great.
My surgeon was Nick Rhodes and he is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. I had my surgery yesterday and I would give 10/10 for the entire experience.
Mr Rhodes took time and care marking me up prior to theatre to ensure the best results possible, explaining the proceedure and the work he intended to do clearly. The rest of the team, from reception, nursing staff and anesthetists were all brilliant, attentive and caring, putting my mind at ease.
Following the operation, I was looked after in the recovery room by a wonderful woman who was so attentive and helpful. My after care was explained thoroughly and I was sent away with all necessary medications and supporting items.
Great aftercare also!
I felt in safe hands from start to finish.
Highly, highly recommended Coppergate Clinic and my surgeon.

First visit to copper gate
I was put instantly at ease from the initial phone chat, to the welcoming staff on reception and by Nick Rhodes who I was booked in to see. The clinic’s ambience and Nicks welcoming and calm manner made any nerves and aprehension vanish. The consultation itself was extremely informative and not at all rushed. Nick asked open questions and actively listened to my wishes and thoughts. Nick offered advice and suggested options. I felt he had my best interests at heart and at no point felt like he was pressuring me. Overall a very positive first experience of the clinic. Thank you !

Gold Standard Clinic
I’ve worked in Aesthetics for over a decade, so when it comes to choosing a surgeon, my standards are incredibly high. After having a VR facelift two years ago, I recently returned for a small fat graft “top-up” — and once again, I’m absolutely thrilled with the results.
What truly sets my surgeon apart is not only the spectacular quality of his work, but also his integrity. He has never once oversold or pushed treatments. His approach is always honest, considered, and completely tailored to you — and the results speak for themselves.
I feel more confident and happy in my own skin than I have in years. As someone who advises patients daily on aesthetic options, I wouldn’t dream of referring them to anyone else. Coppergate is the gold standard.

Professionalism and first class service
I was at the clinic yesterday having an upper bleph procedure with Surgeon Rebecca Rollett and Kristy from the theatre team. I can hands down say this was the most amazing service I have ever received from start to finish. They made me feel so safe and looked after providing ease throughout. Their professionalism and knowledge was top class and I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering this clinic to get booked in - well worth the investment and you will be very much looked after.

Every part of the process was easily navigable and made even more-so by the fantastic and friendly staff.
Just 10 days after the surgery I am already thrilled with my results and have suffered no bruising, just swelling .

Above and beyond have hree prevous surgeries at…
I have had three prevous surgeries at coppergate now and each time I have been very happy with the results. The staff there are all so lovely, very professional and very approachable and nothing is too much trouble.
I have just had another operation a couple of days ago and hopefully this will be a good outcome also.

Excellent facilities, nice relaxed environment.
Exceptional staff providing person centred care. I was extremely anxious before my procedure but as soon as I walked into the building I felt so reassured that all my anxieties disappeared. I received the necessary support from staff during my stay. Care and support was delivered in a kind, considerate manner.
Excellent service, very efficient. I was discharged with a lot of information about after care.
