Dodgy

The one star is for the shelf which is nice. However it was very difficult to hang and came with no instructions, nor enough wall fixings for it. The customer service is worse than non-existent. They provide three contact emails within their website and order confirmation email, and I tried to contact them on all of them regarding my order. Emails sent to two of these addresses bounce back saying undeliverable, and on the third I never received any response. I will not be shopping here again and would advise against it!

Waited 6 weeks before receiving item!

Ordered a light up shelf for a birthday present, after 2 weeks chased it up. Waited a week for a reply assuring me it would be sent soon. After another week I chased again with no reply. So I ended up sending a message on Etsy and Instagram in the hope someone would pick it up. Eventually they did, with apologies and it was despatched the day after, but the whole thing was ridiculous and I won't be ordering again. INVEST IN SOME ADMIN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Light up shelf

I received the item very late. The item is broken and I have emailed the company about this but have had no response even after a week. I am very disappointed and will not use this company again as their customer service is terrible. This was an 18th birthday gift. So disappointing.

Good luck trying to contact them if you have a problem with your order!

My Mum bought me a shelf for Christmas. Upon opening I noticed one of the coloured glass inserts was cracked. So I have wrote an email including photos asking if I could return for a replacement, heard nothing so tried a different email and received an automated reply giving a different email address for customer service. So I emailed that and have heard absolutely nothing. I’ve sent a message to their Facebook via messenger and again - nothing. The automated reply states they’re not good at replying and gave an email address that I have already messaged. I’m not hopeful.

It’s so frustrating because they literally spam you with emails but can’t reply to a simple return.

Ordered in August 2023 from their Etsy…

Ordered in August 2023 from their Etsy store and then from their online store directly. Items received really quickly and were exactly as advertised, really beautiful and well made. Absolutely no problems and would 100% recommend.

Never received my order

I ordered two cabinets and after 4 months and several emails wherein I was assured the items would be sent, I never received my order. I requested a refund and was ignored so I was forced to go through my banks dispute process. I finally have my money back and still no response from Coppermoon. Extremely disappointed as I had my eye on a few other pieces but all trust is now lost.

If I could give it ZERO Stars I…

If I could give it ZERO Stars I would!!!
I ordered 2 X Hamsa shelves for my daughter's birthday in may. I ordered on the 25/03/2023 till this date I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A THING.
I have emailed COUNTLESS TIMES to no avail. £120 might not seem much but missed Birthday presents really upsets me especially when I can't get any response.
