the good the bad and the ouch!

I bought a size much larger than the chart suggested and it still cuts deep into my thigh and calf but it does stabilize the knee to allow me to do things I can't do without the support but the bruising last for 2 days

wasted money

I've tried wearing my Copper wear ankle support twice and couldn't wear it for more than two hours. My ankle broke out in a rash of small red dots both times. Sizing was also a problem. I measured according to the chart provided,up to 13 inches was a medium and 13 1/2 recommended a large. My measurement was 13 1/4 and I ordered a medium which turned out to be too small.

Scary experience

I have ordered (3) items last Nov. 5, for the following: Compression Knee Sleeves, Compression Ankle Sleeves, Open Finger Compression Gloves. Nov. 11, 2014, my credit card was charged, until now i have not received any of the items at all. I talked to the Supervisor Sashania ID#76 and told me that it was mailed already but she can't tell me when, then her excused was it may have been STOLEN or was delivered to the wrong address.
She told me that they are going mail me the replacement for it, i'm scared that this a hoax.

Shipping charges are ridiculous!

I thought I was ordering a Tommy Copper knee wrap, so that was my mistake. Paying $7.95 for a flimsy plastic bag, probably weighing less than a half pound is totally a rip off.

Fixed my knees

Twisted my knees working construction. Painful, swollen, weak and unstable I tried a regular knee brace, which helped a little, but they still didn't feel good. As soon as the Copper Wear Knee Sleeves arrived I slipped them on. Perfect fit! Within hours the swelling was down and the pain was gone. My knees are stronger and more stable. The sleeves are so comfortable I'm heading back to the site to order more Copper Wear. Love it!

excited to get them

Buying them as a gift for my father. Only issue I had with the process was when I went to pay for the item after I put everything in it disappears. I so I didn't know if the order accepted or not but then I get an email and it was fine.

Not happy

I wanted two ankle supports but only one came on the mail. What happened?

I followed Copper Wear's measurements to the letter and the products didn't even come close to fitting.

As a result of the products not fitting I ended up having to pay an additional $2.59 for a bubble wrap envelope sold by the postal service to send the products back for an exchange for a larger size. This put my total shipping charges to $32.55 for products costing $32.98!
What's wrong with this picture?
The gentleman I spoke to in customer service was polite and tried to help me but with his accent and me being hard of hearing it was a very difficult conversation.

I would think at the very least Copper Wear would refund me the extra $2.59 I had to pay to ship their products back to them. We'll see if this happens.

I haven't tried it long enough to judge.

I have high hopes of getting relief from my knee and elbow pain with the
Copper Wear. However it's been trial and error as to where to position them and when to wear them. I'll give it some more time.

I'm not sure yet, but I think they are working.

I am very skeptical of super remedies and "no one else knows about this" type of cures and help. I can honestly say that in three or four days that I have been wearing the knee supports, I have noticed a bit of comfort from them. This may just be wishful thinking on my part but time will tell.
