It had a paid subscription and used it a bit, but my login stopped working. Reached out to support via email and via the website form. No response for months even after several messages. Very disapp... See more

I experienced more problems with using…
I experienced more problems with using the tool than enjoyed it.
Main one was with quite delusional content it creates.
Also from my point of view price is rather high for such poor quality
Yet I need to admit that it make process of content creation quicker
Copyai removed every feature from my Plan, for no good reason.
Copyai removed every feature from my paid plan, to give me an AI chat feature I do not use. They claim this is now going forward and that is how it is. I'm sorry, I didn't sign up to use a ChatGPT experience. I joined for their unique tools and offerings. I prepaid in advance every year for these tools, and now they are just changing it and removing it, and I'm only a few months into my prepaid year? I've also been a customer since 2022 and Chat AI bot was never offered then and I dont use CopyAI for that. I'm sorry, but this should not be the case for existing customers. If you want to change the service for new clients, thats a business decision, but to change a plan on existing clients who have paid? Seems completely wrong to me.
Con artists - stole my money
I signed up for a trial and cancelled right away when I realised the app was terrible.
However, they kept my credit card details and charged me for two full years.
I have disputed all the charges with the credit card company and they produced false documents to "prove" the charge.
Complete con artists.
Customer Support is Nonexistent
Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too.
I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending.
There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan.
There are features described in the tutorials that are not available in the product anymore.
Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.
I don't recommend this app
I don't recommend this app, it is expensive and not worth it. Better use ChatGPT4 or even 3.5
The worst tool I've ever used
The worst tool I've ever used. They charged me $50 on my card. I want a refund, or I'll file a dispute with my bank.
Horrible experience. No Transparency
Horrible experience… they use the name of one of their biggest competitors as if they are the same company, and after you pay, you get surprised that it’s a totally different company…
Copy.ai withdraws money from customer…
Copy.ai withdraws money from customer bank cards without paying for payment. They withdrew money from my card in 4 months. For these 4 months I did not use the service. All my arguments were discarded and they do not go to the dialogue. There are evidence of my payments.
They promise unlimmited access to GPT…
They promise unlimmited access to GPT 4, however, they give you GPT 4 for around five minutes before it drops to GPT 3, its a scam, do not fall for it!
Avoid at all costs - Scammers
Would give 0 starts if i could. Terrible experience.
Firstly, it doesn't work properly, very slow and most of the time doesn't even makes sense.
I cancelled months ago and recieved an offer (40% off I believe) so I decided to take the offer and give it another go. Regretted it since. I never got my pro subscription back but was still being charged for premium subscription for 3 months. Contacted customer service. nothing has been done.
They now gave me 2 months for free and said its a max they can do. But where is the 3rd month gone? Either ways I do not want the subscription anymore. I was told they cannot offer refund.
Its the type of company that will be first to take your money but never provide the service. Since August, I am still fighting for it. Nothing is getting sorted and I am not getting ignored.
Contacted my bank and waiting for a reply. Hoping my bank will help me and give me my money back.
Do not waste time and money. It's not worth it.
I was disappointed with my experience…
I was disappointed with my experience using Copy.ai. The AI-generated content was of poor quality and did not accurately reflect the tone or message I had requested. Additionally, the platform was difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the right settings to customize my content. Overall, I would not recommend Copy.ai to others looking for professional or high-quality writing assistance.
Generate Gibberish Content
It was the worst experience. The tool is useless, and it generates gibberish. Don't use it.
worst company to opt for
The worst company to opt for when it comes to AI content. Their system is broken, worst AI with no outcome. Have been their paid user for about a week and decided to quit already.
If you want the worst copy with…
If you want the worst copy with erroneous information (that will get you in trouble if you dare to publish it), then Copy.ai just might be your bag.
I have used it many times to just get copy ideas, and the info it spits out doesn't even close to being accurate. Use at your own peril.
For example, I was writing some copy about Elon Musk and Twitter. Every piece of copy that Copy.ai churned out kept referencing Musk as just another user--completely ignoring the fact that Musk OWNS the company.
Customer support does not exist
The app itself work greate but the support is non existent. I signed up for $29 at 40% for 12 months and 1million words now all of asuden my subscription has been changed to $49 for unlimited words. How can you just change the subscription fee after signing up? Have been trying to contact support for days now.
Customer service is disaster. The app didn't work properly
The copy.ai customer service is disaster. They had some technical issues taking a few days last month and as a premium user, I was contacting them several times to cancel my subscription and return the payment back as I wasn't even able to login into my account, not just use their service.
They didn't reply at all. They don't care. I found a different and much more useful and better AI service. Don't waste the time with them!
Bad quality control and customer care delivery…
Copy Ai is a brilliant tool to help you write and generate ideas. I signed up for a year $420 and worked on the software for 2 days. This is my 3rd day and they say I need to pay $39 to upgrade. I've flipped my lid and wrote several emails telling them I have a year subscription. There was an automated response that says oops you've used up your words. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous?
I accidentally bought the yearly…
I accidentally bought the yearly version instead of the monthly version 2 days ago. Ive sent numerous reply submissions havent heard back from anybody and am very frustrated about this. I need a refund immediately and am entitled to one according to there terms of services and very tired of not hearing back from anyone
I can't begin to express how much I…
I can't begin to express how much I love this app. As the author and publisher of over 40 blogs for the past 20 years, it is an absolute God send to me. As a very non-techy kind of guy it was a breeze to navigate so extra points for UX
It's a great product but has a very bad…
It's a great product but has a very bad team. Every other day it will stop working and the support team (including the founder, Chris Lu) has absolutely no idea about what's going on. They would just shamelessly blame this reason or that. Many times, (and they call it "accidentally") they ship bugs directly to the production. Seriously? Either they have ZERO skills for managing software or they're just irresponsible.
