First time I've been disappointed with my purchase, no 33 santal perfume was wishy washy and does not last.

Copycat aftershaves are really nice. They smell great and are long lasting great price and quick delivery

What has happened to copycat? They used to be fantastic. My Latest order Halfeti, Spicebomb for men and jadore were awful smelt like cheap air fresheners and lasted 2 hours max sorry won't be back. Customer service did offer full refund for return of items, can't be assed sending back I use as car air fresheners

Copycat Fragrances are amazing. They are so reasonably priced, arrive super quick and the smell lasts for a long time. The staff are very helpful too. I would definitely recommend this great company!

Shame… this company use to be great over a year ago, but gone down hill. New bottle design looks terrible/ you’ll be lucky to get an hour longevity/just sends the item a cardboard box with just bubble wrap( no black gift bag anymore) the fragrance itself still smell great tho. They must of been taken over by new owners. There’s a reason why the pricing has gone down.
They don’t care about their loyal customers anymore either. The ombré leather was (apparently) sold out when the Black Friday deal was going on… surprise surprise it’s back in stock now tho offer has ended… ask if I could get any sort of discount seeing I’m a loyal customer… oh here you go 25% off like a new customer.

Shout out to Rose at customer service tho… great help and always willing to help. Shame about the company.

Products no longer come in packaging, they are just wrapped in bubble wrap - No longer suitable as a gift - Shame.

The fragrances I ordered (3) didn't really smell of anything.
The one that smelled okay didn't last more than an hour

Hmmm. The quality seems to have dropped since the beginning of launch.
I've just purchased my first 100ml bottle and the liquid seems a yellow liquid than the clear 30ml bottle.
The 100ml seems less quality in smell and doesn't last as long.
The 30ml smells great and lasts in my opinion.
It seems that the sample is spot on but that deteriorates in quality as the size moves up.
I'll be sticking to 30ml from now on unless something happens with quality in that size.

Stay away from them. It's either a scam or the worst online shop I have dealt with so far.
They claim the orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. I placed an order 19 days ago and still waiting. I tried to contact them but they never reply.

I ordered 3 perfumes from copycat,baccarat rouge,virgin island water,and sauvage,after reviews on the copycat site.I had highexpertations,but all three only resemble water with a very chemical smell.I was so looking forward to thescents but now i.mjust very disappointed.

Used to be great, however service has changed and now badly let down by their customer services team who ignore emails

I've not bought from Copycat for sometime they used to be fantastic. I received a code for 40% off so decided to buy 3 x 100ml bottles jadore for the wife spicebomb and halfeti for myself OMG they all smell like a chemical detergent spicebomb like a cheap air freshener. Copycat what has happened? I'm returning for refund

Placed order and got prompt delivery of products. I also made an enquiry regarding delivered products from customer services and again got a prompt reply was well attended to.

Whilst scrolling on my Facebook page I came across an ad for a free sample of a 2ml of a copycat fragrance.... I clicked on the link and it took me to the homepage I chose the fragrance Jadore. Within a few days my sample arrived it came well packaged... and a lot bigger than I thought... once I had sprayed my free sample I can honestly say I was not disappointed.... The scent was lovely just like Jadore the original.... my partner said I smelt goooood.... and that’s good enough for me!!! As I work part time I don’t have the funds to purchase the big-name brands in perfume so this is a bonus to me.I shall definitely be purchasing more for him and her and I will definitely be recommending... to friends and family if you want to smell good at a fraction of the price try copycats fragrance.... what have you got to lose..... (apart from smelling good lol...) 👌🏽🤩😊

The company runs outstanding support for the customers!! The biggest thank you!! They always happy to deal with any problem so promptly!!! With a minute i am running out of the fragrance i am straight foward returning to the Copy Cat!!! I do have my favourites and every time i use it, i do receive a lot of compliments!! Recently I got two Copycat samples as part of a sampling campaign, one equivalent of Bacarat Rouge, one of Daisy. I found the first one having the exact same smell as the original and the second one very similar. Both of them persistent and long lasting. So whoever said that expensive, luxury products are so expensive because we have to pay for "the name" of the brand was so right. This Christmas I am planning to buy full size bottles for family and friends.
