WARNING.
Perfume non delivery. False claim of delivery.
Tracking number never matched my order & address therefore courier could not trace.
Emailed Copycat 3 times with no response. Now seeking advice from PayPal.

Placed my first order , went ok then got dispatch email with link to evri yet on the order it said Royal Mail 48 , on the evri tracking it said arrived at hub then return to sender ! Messaged copy cat through there contact us page a couple of times with no response at all , rip off seller , you place a order then nothing , I will stick to the essance vault in future , good job I payed via clear pay so I will eventually get my money back

Had email back saying copycats delivery company had let them down on loads of orders so have got a refund , if they had got back in touch with me asap I wouldn’t of had to add this poor review ! Still only 1/2 stars though

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They are total con artists. They’ll take your money and you’ll never hear from them again. Emails go totally unanswered. They say they use Evri to deliver your goods and give you an Evri parcel reference number but the number will be fake and Evri will tell you that they’ve have never heard of them.
Total scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! You will never recievE the items or get a response from them . I have emailed over 3 times and no one has responded. SCAM ARTIST ! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered on 31st October, tracking information says delivered 26th October, postcode invalid on tracking. 3 emails sent with no replies.

Something t must have changed, I ordered on the 30th October and still not received Hermes tracking says returned to sender??
Sent numerous emails and contacted through the website.
Still no response.
Been a customer for a long time so a bit gutted really.

Update; I received an email stating they were having courier issues (Evri) I have now received a new package so all good.
Thank you.

Still not delivered. Paid extra for 24 hour RM delivery yet parcel is with Evri. No communication from the company. Will be chasing a refund.

Inspired by Aventus for men always buy the 100ml bottle for my son every Xmas smells exactly like the original. Fast delivery well packaged.

I ordered on 24 Oct and parcel was apparently delivered by Evri on 2nd Nov however not received and after enquiring with Evri the tracking number was not my postcode so obviously a problem with despatch. Contacted by email 3 times and as yet no response or even acknowledgement. Am disappointed as have used before with no issues. Also was a birthday present so very annoyed. Looks like claiming through my credit card.

bought a few 100ml bottles an non of them actually smell the same as the sample I bought from them before an they have the worst customer service ever email them about 7 times an still yet to hear from them it’s been 10 days

Placed an order sent to a different address! No way to calm them. Emailed twice still no reply. Waste of money!!!

I ordered perfumes on 22 oct it cost me £55.99 n EVRI who delivers it said they delivered it but i did not get the delivery when i contacted EVRI they asked me about my post code i gave them my post code they checkedn they said its wrong postcode then i checked with my ordering details confirmation mail it is the same so i told them may be they have delivered to a wrong adress n even gave them my order num n my adress n asked them do they have any proof luke a photo or a flat number they delivered it to they said they will look into it can u pleade look into this thanx

Delivery did not arrive. Still waiting for a replacement delivery.
Will be asking for a refund.

Decent fragrance. Poor packaging, all the lids were damaged

Fragrance is just what l wanted. Could not afford the one l wanted, my son recommended your site so here l am, and thrilled with result. Keep up the good work.

Order didn’t arrive, Copycat didn’t answer emails asking where order is. Going to have to get bank to do a chargeback.

Edit: Finally responded and resent order which did arrive. Scent seems weak and doesn’t last too long. This is my second time using Copycat, first order I was very impressed with, this one not so much.

Always a top service and top products.even when there is a problem the team get back to you asap with an update. I will always be using this company in the future
