I cannot recommend Kiran at Corcoran Property highly enough! From start to finish, he kept me fully updated throughout the entire process, coordinating seamlessly with everyone who viewed the house. He recommended an excellent solicitor who was incredibly quick to respond, taking a huge amount of pressure off me and my fiancé. Kiran’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process feel effortless. Thanks to him, our house sold in under a month for a fair price — faster and smoother than we could have imagined. If you want someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, Kiran is the agent to trust!

Kiran was fantastic, always available, went the extra mile for me, since I live in Orkney, but selling in Thurso, he went to the house whenever I needed a contractor in etc.
Never more than a 5 minute wait to get a reply, even when he was in holiday. Loved how the house was marketed on social media, the videos were awesome. Excellent, personal service, 100% recommend.
