I started this process back in May, with Max at the wheel.

After losing 2 sponsors, I thought we were done with the kits.
Max was very understanding with the issue of losing our sponsors. He told me that we can hold the order, so that we wouldn’t have to go through the process again. He told me not to worry and that we would find a sponsor.

He was very patient with me, as I felt I was messing him around, because we was going ahead, then we weren’t.

From a business perspective, he did not put any pressure onto the sale, which again, from my point of view, enabled me to relax more about the process, as well as the hold up.

The kits have arrived now and they are fantastic. The fabric is of a great quality, with an excellent design with sponsors.
My boy tried his kit on and said they felt so nice when putting them on, he puffed his chest out, fists on his hips. Loved his little face lighting up.

Turn around from payment to supply was excellent, had players going to national finals and didn't think we would get them !

The design work was great and initial communication was strong. Once our order was placed and paid for I felt the communication dropped off and there was no proactive comms. from your team. Any discussion was always initiated by myself and on a few occasions chased up multiple times before receiving a response.

Really happy with the new bowls kit. It was designed promptly and staff were keen to listen and update designs. Delivery was prompt and arrived when promised.

I came to Core37 with a tight 7 week deadline for a Jersey order for an upcoming Rugby Tour. I spoke at length and often to John Parkinson, the partnerships manager. He assured me his team could meet the deadline. The deadline was smashed! He was always on hand to answer any question whether that be over email or the phone. The design of the kit and the quality is superb. Would 100% recommend Core37 and will be using them again!

All thanks to the man, the myth, the legend Allan Luke. We got our kits much earlier than anticipated originally, paid a very fair price for 31 total kits and I didn’t make it easy for him. Had to get my order changed and adjusted several times, of which he was very patient and understanding. Top marks to Allan and top marks to Core 37. #NorbitonKnightsFC

Ive used two other kit manufacturers before using core 37 and had numerous problems with both and wished to god i had used core 37 sooner as the service was exemplary. From emails being replied to promptly or little design tweaks we made with our kit nothing was too much trouble for freddie who went above and beyond with any questions or queries i had and from design to delivery was 3 weeks which was by far the quickest we've received from any other supplier will definitely be sticking with core 37 from know on

We were looking for a British based company who would work with us trying to deliver a bowls strip which met our requirements and price target. Core 37 are fairly new to the bowls scene and had to be briefed as we went along on bowlers requirements which can be slightly different to other sports. Although there were a few bumps in the road they were patient and delivered a strip we were generally very happy with to a reasonable timescale. On the back of that we then had a 2nd strip designed and delivered to us which has really turned some heads in the bowls world.
Their knowledge of the bowls world will only grow and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other bowls clubs.

Fantastic service from Will & Charlotte who kept in contact the whole way through the process. The kit for our junior football team looks great, the kids love it and it arrived quickly. We have recommended Core 37 to other teams

Netball dresses look absolutely incredible and feel amazing.

Danny and the team were fantastic from start to finish. We had a very tight timescale and Danny made sure that our deadline was met.

The 1/4 zip tops that we ordered for an under 15s Rugby Tour were of very good quality and the printing was exactly what we wanted. The boys loved them!

Core 37 provided a really professional service and we’re so pleased with our netball dresses.
Max responded quickly to emails and sent through the proof the same day as we sent our logo through.
He answered all questions promptly and we received our dresses within 3 weeks of placing the order.
The dresses are fab and really good quality with lots of design choices. We’d definitely recommend Core 37.
