From initial enquiry through to installation, my experience with Core Renewables has been excellent. Communication was clear and timely at every stage, with realistic expectations set around scheduling and installation requirements.

The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The engineer (Declan) was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the setup and answer any questions before leaving. Everything was left tidy, and the system was fully tested and demonstrated on completion.

What really stood out was how straightforward the whole process felt, no chasing, no confusion, just a well‑managed job delivered exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values quality, organisation, and customer confidence.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Core Renewables to anyone considering an EV charger installation and would happily use them again in the future.

Declan was amazing and came on bank holiday Monday. He was polite and did a really clean job of the install.

A fitting date was arranged at short notice to get the charger fitted before my car was delivered which was very much appreciated. Declan was our fitter and he did a fantastic job. He arrived at the agreed time, was polite and professional and left everything neat and tidy. He talked me through the Ohme app before he left which was very helpful. Sean followed up with a call to check everything was ok, all in all a very good experience.

I had an EV charger installed by the team and not only could they offer a quick installation date, but the products they offered were high quality, at a competitive price. They took me through the various options (I opted for an Ohme tethered 4G product) and they were very knowledgeable about the different devices, allowing me to make an informed decision.

On installation, the technician turned up on time and was very polite and friendly. The device was installed in a few hours and everything was left very tidy after the work completed, with a quick demo of the device given too.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. I had a number of quotes before going with Core, they were slightly more expensive than the other quotes I received but going off past experience I would prefer to pay that little extra for a job done correctly. With Core you're paying for the level of service, care and professionalism I would definitely recommend Sean and Jimmy the two gents I had the pleasure of dealing with.

I contacted Core to enquire about the installation of an EV charger. In just over a week, a quote was provided, the charger ordered and installation completed. The engineer who attended was friendly and courteous and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. Exceptionally quick and professional service and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Core renewables Ltd have been exceptional with what has been do so far , the booking process was seamless and the customer service team were very responsive and helpful in answering any questions.
on the day of the installations the team arrived on time explained the instalallation process in detail and answered all my questions.
once the installation was complete i was shown how everything worked and they check it all was working perfectly, and they left everywhere clean and tidy when they left.

From the very first contact from Sean at Core EV, my experience has been positive.
Sean’s communication was good throughout, providing a quick quotation for the install of my EVC following his initial contact with me.
Once a delivery date for my car was confirmed, arranging a date for Core EV to visit my home to install the EVC was a breeze, with Sean working in the background to progress grid / electric supply requirements to speed along the process.
A date was initially set and then officially confirmed once my car was delivered, confirmation emails were issued to me, and the install took place as scheduled.
The electrician that completed the work at my home, Ben, was polite, tidy and respectful. His workmanship was exemplary. He left no mess. The work was completed as required, with testing and commissioning of my charger taking place with me before Ben left, along with the EVC app setup.
The EVC is positioned exactly where I asked Ben to place it. It looks great and it works perfectly.
I’m very happy with my overall experience of Core EVC.
