Very competitive pricing, accurate doses to meet your needs, helps to have a prior prescription to share with them to start at a higher dosage with them. This company pays attention to detail. They have been very responsive when needed, and always kind and polite. They make everything so easy!

The medication is effective and easily administered, however I feel the vials should be labeled as 1,2,3 etc because there was a change in concentration from vial 1 to vial 2 that resulted in actually being a higher dose of medicine at 35 units than the 3rd months dosages which is at 50 units. Only other issue I have is that I cannot figure out how to message the provider. Only allows if an order is on the portal.

Better price and customer service is great

I was worried about losing my money. This company is on the up and up. I got my order a few days after my first consultation. Going to be starting into my third month and can't wait to order my next 3 months worth.

The dose is increasing so it is helping me maintain my loss. I have not gained or loss anything at this point.

The company has fallen short to deliver and has not adequately addressed these deficiencies.

I contacted them daily about the status of my order. They have a system that is used to visualy see your dashboard and the status of your orders.

They would lie and tell tell me that my order was with the doctor waiting for approval while I can see on my dashboard that the doctor had already approved it and sent it on for the pharmacy to fill. I contacted them again and and again, they continuously lied to me that my medication was at the pharmacy and we will keep you posted two weeks later, nothing I’m requesting a refund because they continue to lie to me and I never got the product.
I only wanted the product. I never wanted a refund. I just wanted the products.

I have referred many to this business.

The only thing I have disliked is being on the starting dose for three months. I feel like if the food noise was at bay I might have lost a little more weight in the time I have been taking the shots. All things considered I feel like I have done well.
