Well made and individually plastic wrapped. I only needed the heavier ones but was able to pass the lighter ones onto classmates. I can be sure whatever I order from Core balance will be high grade and promptly delivered.

I'm new to Pilates lessons following significant back issues. I need to practice at home and these resistance bands allow me to do so. At present, I'm only using 2 of the stronger resistance bands (of the 5) but this may change as I learn more Pilates exercises. Good value and quality so no complaints

The band's are very good quality and strong. I am very pleased with them.
I am very pleased with the 5 resistance bands. They are very reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The bag is very useful for keeping them together.
