Corendon was a mistake for me.
I bought a ticket on my mobile. However, due to a system error, my ticket was issued for a different date. I realised the mistake 20 minutes after purchasing the ticket. I called the company, but they refused to change the date under any circumstances. I offered to pay whatever penalty was required, but this was not accepted. I will never use this company’s services again.

Booking was easy, payment was not
Booking online was easy and transparent, much better than with other airlines. I was able to check flight prices for different dates without entering all personal data first (with other airlines I have to do this and it takes too much time). Unfortunately, paying process was a problem and took too much time. I tried to pay with my banking card (German EC card), but it did not work. Re-directing me to my booking took 5 minutes (definetely TOO LONG). I then paid via credit card. So, please do not offer "pay by bank card" as it clearly does not work. I advise you offer payment via Paypal.

Would never fly with Corendon again
Boarding the plane to see people infront of me being politely welcomed by a female member of cabin crew who looked to be quite polite, until it was my turn and I got looked disgustingly up and down for absolutely no reason while I had a smile on my face, at this point I could tell she had a problem and the flight hadn’t even started, I sat down and a couple hours later needed the toilet, she then proceeded to watch me get up and speed up to the bathroom telling me to wait a moment she needed to clean it again in a stinking attitude and manor, I stood at the front waiting a good 10 minutes for it to be “cleaned” for her to walk out and look at me smug. To then later be accused by that same member of cabin crew for smoking because I had my vape in my hand when we landed!! I had just taken this from my bag ready for when I got off the plane, as I walked off the plane I was rudely confronted infront of everybody so ofcourse I told the woman straight that I wanted evidence or she shouldn’t be accusing people just because I have it in my hand AS WE HAVE LANDED, this lady walked past me multiple times on the flight and said nothing so if there was a concern of me breaking rules why was nothing said? Cabin crew then proceeded to be extremely rude telling me I couldn’t have my say basically and if I did they would have me removed but I was already trying to leave until I was falsely accused, honestly as someone with anxiety this was the worst flight experience and the only bad one I’ve ever had and I would never use this airline again, their were barley any English people to put complaints into and your looked at like your an alien and they don’t understand you. Honestly the worst holiday experience I have had.

Smoking – including the use of e‑cigarettes (vapes) – is strictly prohibited on the apron, in the transfer bus, on the passenger boarding bridge, and throughout the airport terminal (except in designated smoking areas).
