I was searching online for a certain size of a dish engine core plug and no one had the size I was looking for. I stumbled upon CPI by chance and they had the size I was looking for in stock. I bought and paid online and CPI posted the core plugs and I am delighted with the service and the extensive stock they hold.

Hello Howard, thank you for your feedback. The cut off time for Saturday orders for posting is 11am. Whereas your order was placed on the 13th at 11.55am with Second class postage chosen during checkout. Therefore, I posted your order on Monday the 16th of November. As per the website postage conditions; when I have dispatched orders, I am in no way in control of the speed at which orders get to my customers. Therefore, I kindly ask that you review your score, or remove it altogether. As I reiterate; I am in no control over how quick Royal Mail is. I ordered the wrong plugs first time around because I suck at looking at a dial when measuring. But both times they came quickly and fit perfectly. I would absolutely buy again they saved my VM 2.5 diesel engine from leaking horrendously

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, I didn’t know what size core plug I needed, I emailed Peter and he was more than happy to help and advised me on what size I would need. Peter said if I order before 4:45 he would post them that day, I missed that deadline and placed the order later that evening so my order was sent the next day as expected and it turned up the very next day.
Very helpful and prompt, I will be using again when needed and I will definitely recommend these guys.

Great experience
I have no complaints with service provided. It was a good experience but I almost didn't get it because I had issues figuring out what I was going to have to pay in US dollars. During checkout PayPal made the conversion which made it more understandable. Thanks for selling your product to the public.
