Avoid Avoid Avoid I hope I made that statement clear enough 🤔. Firstly the one half of my consignment I did receive was as described and was unspoilt to there credit. But the other half of my order was hit with high UK custom charges from the UK customs office hence in my case my order was £171 GBP for 20 tiles but was split into 2 seperate consignments one which was delivered and the other half is awaiting payment of customs clearance charge's of £45 GBP as we're not in the EU no more 😡. The companies tax free threshold is stated as £135 hence it makes no sense. Customer service help is weak. Honestly you're better off Google searching and finding a UK supplier it's actually cheaper. Buy British 🇬🇧 👍🏾

It is not our fault that the waiting time for the parcel is too long. After leaving the EU, there are more customs clearance procedures on both sides, both Polish and English. Unfortunately, the English side works in an unclear way, dragging the whole procedure out. We, as a dealer, cannot do much about it. Whenever we have signals from clients, we try to help. In addition, our website contains information about where the goods are shipped from and what additional fees it involves, the customer also receives this information by e-mail after the purchase. We're sorry for your dissatisfaction, but it's really not our fault. The weight of the parcel sent may be up to 30 kg, but sometimes different goods cannot be packed in one carton, so we make 2 or 3 shipments. Clearance costs are charged to the invoice and not the number of packages
