Ordered a mat at the start of January & I received it in February - took about 7 weeks to get it, but it was worth the wait. Great mat, good grip & decent thickness.
Sadly the customer service wasn’t as good - but I did get a reply to my emails eventually.

Amazingly beautiful mat - and received incredibly quick. I have never used a more beautiful yoga or gym mat ever before. I have ordered and re-ordered mats from them and each mat arrived the next day in the morning.
Absolutely abysmal. After waiting a week for my purchase to arrive, I emailed the company to ask where it was. They advised it had been delivered days ago, along with the picture of tracked goods in front of a doorstep - not my doorstep. I've emailed them back 3 times to this effect, and have received no response at all. Now escalated to PayPal. Would not recommend, will not be having any further dealings with them.
The worst online purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Exceptionally poor customer service, I ordered a Cork yoga mat as a gift for my wife. After 5 working days there was no sign of it so I contacted the company directly. I eventually received a reply notifying me that the mat was out of stock. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since and have had no response at all. A totally unacceptable level of service, don’t touch them with a barge pole.
Purchased the complete yoga set with Pro Mat in December. After consistent and heavy use for 3 months, I can confirm that products are great and no signs of wear and tear yet. Great products and particularly love te hemp straps. Great products and customer service.
