They don’t honor their warranty. They try to charge exorbitant shipping cost to pass the cost of their terrible products onto you. Piece I bought for $200 had a broken drawer. $50 shipping… why should I pay that much shipping?
I have tried to work with the customer service team including their manager to purchase a new canopy. Mine faded after less than 15 months. I also attempted to reach out to the CEO with no success. They decided that they could not help me and closed my request. I would have gladly purchased a new canopy. Their answer was to buy a new umbrella. I have also advised Home Depot of the poor product quality and lack of support from CorLiving. So much for trying to buy Canadian! I would definitely not recommend them or their products as they do not support them.

Even worse is customer service. Who put you through hell only to deny your valid claim. Please DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL BE SORRY. THEY ARE THE WORST SCUM OF THE EARTH.
