Excellent quality

Very pleased with the quality of the woodland heather twist dove grey carpet.
It looks fresh and new after every hoover and feels great to walk on. This is our second purchase after goldcrest last time now all of our top floor is your excellent carpet!

Brilliant!

Changed my pure wool carpet that was badly stained after water damage. Replaced it with a 100% polypropylene Cormar carpet that is very hard wearing and stain resistant, even though I'd always said I would never buy a polypropylene carpet! I am amazed. It looks and feels exactly the same as my old carpet - without the stains! Excellent!

Sadly only after 2 and half years my…

Sadly only after 2 and half years my moth proof carpet has been munched by moths.
Turns out the moth proofing is only under warranty for 2 years.
This is not stated on the sample.
It says moth proofed.
You think it as the carpet is under a 10 year warranty the moth proofing is the same.
It’s not made clear.
I guess lesson is ask the question before purchasing.

Your promise states you would replace…

Your promise states you would replace any carpet tha is covered by the stain guarantee, yet you are refusing to do? This is false advertising. You are stating that it needs to be professionally cleaned every two years, yet you have replaced before, meaning you are picking and choosing. I have spent thousands and this service is appalling. I will posting on social media and doing reviews till resolved. I now need to go through my bank because I opted for Cormar belased on their promises which they are not keeping.
Just off the back of the below. They are emailing me refusing to provide the carpets. Their response below is inaccurate, they havenot provided that email address in any correspondence. They are not wanting to do anytjing. Warning to anyone want to buy Cormar Carpet, their serviceis shocking and they do not keep their promises.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The carpet fitters accidentally caused slight damage to my new dresser when moving the furniture. They also scratched the paint on the wall in the hall when removing the old carpet. I pointed out the damage to them. They were very apologetic. I sent photos of the damage to the manager. However when I discussed this with the management they took no responsibility and were unwilling to reimburse me for any damage caused. I would not recommend Trim and Tuck and would not use them again.
